The staff are always so helpful. He took time to make sure I understood how the secured credit card worked. He even showed me online how I could apply for it since I didn’t have time to do it that day.

1st Source is a great partner to its customers, but I especially appreciated the assistance Madison at the Fort Wayne, Carnegie branch has provided. On two occasions recently I have required assistance from the branch and Madison could not have been more helpful. She was not only very competent in the way she handled each situation, but she went out of her way to make things easier for me, as her customer. Very much appreciated.

This bank is like family. They are always happy to see and help us with any of our banking needs. They even know and remember our children when we bring them in with us. Malorie Gasper in particular is always ready to help.

This branch doesn’t have a clue, customer service is non-existent here. Teller Blake is woefully untrained for his position. I signed 3 places on a wire form that clearly states if done in person no signature is needed. In the same visit I brought documents to update my name after divorce, Blake did not know how to do this. He spent over 25 minutes on the phone gathering forms and instructions only to return to the lobby and state he cannot complete the transaction because the joint account owner must sign. He presented forms to me to add/remove another person. I stated I am the same person this isn’t the form. He was dumbfounded, I went to my car thought a moment about the situation and realized he has to be making a mistake. I asked to speak to the branch manager, having to find a gentleman in his office as the teller would not greet me upon walking in. The manager was conveniently at lunch. I NEVER have these issues when visiting the auburn banking center. If I keep my accounts here I will never visit this branch again. They cannot perform the few simple requests I had for them.

After banking here for 3 yrs and deposited $11k a month into my business account I had them hold a deposit for 12 days. Manager was very rude and I'm very disheartened about this bank now and will be closing accounts
