CHECK EXPIRATION DATES ON EVERYTHING! Lotions to food. If it's a consumable good that could potentially go bad. Check the expiration because most of them will be past their expiration date. I found food items nearly 2 years past their expiration date. And then of course always check the color. I think some of these items may have had extreme temperature changes that could have degraded their quality. These are all likely reasons these products are in the store in the first place, but you'll find some items have a lot more challenges than others. Follow this rule on both sides of the store.

I don't care what you are selling, if the staff has horrible attitudes; I'll take my money elsewhere. There was an employee at the door. I walked in, spoke to her, and she said, "we close in 15 mins!" Keep in mind the hours are on the door when you walk up, and I know how to tell time. Went to walk out of the store, and it was 5 mins til close. There was a couple walking up, and she turned them away. I'll keep going to Decatur, Indiana, or the Lima Rd location before I go back there.

How can you sell expired food for more than the store sell in date food?

More expensive than Walmart on a ton of stuff. Used to be a bargain but recently it's like this new management isn't even trying!

High prices. Deodorant and vitamins were higher than Amazon, and they were out dates! This place is a sham!

This place is great. Always try here first before you try a name brand retail store like Walmart.

Use to be a good place especially when they were in New Haven. The prices they have are ridiculous. More than stores. Vitamins use to be a great deal. Everything has went up. Prices should be 70-80% off. Whomever owns it now is very greedy. Why would anyone go there and pay $1 for a can of veggies that are dented or expired? You can get at Kroger cheaper and it's fresh. You need to do better or your business is going to close.

Whoever comes up with the prices in there, probably needs medication. I think they may be bipolar, but I'm no doctor. Some of the stuff is a really good deal. But some things in there are ridiculously priced. It's almost as if they're just throwing darts at a dart board to determine prices. Owner, or managers, definitely need to do some more research on product pricing. You are a surplus store. Selling stuff that couldn't sell in a department store. DOT pricing it the same, and sometimes even more, then the damn Department store.

Use to be saving money. Now more than Kroger. Can goods 1.00 each, Kroger like .55. For same brand and not expired!!!! Imagine that.
