I was in desperate need of a clothing dryer, I found Mark's Appliance store located downtown Fort Wayne. Marks had a huge selection of used rebuilt dryers that were available for purchasing. I thought the prices were fair and marketable. My surprise was that delivery and setup were also part of the fees. The only reason why this was not a 5 star is because the shop was a very dirty place.

Our refrigerator died on Thursday. I called A-1 Marks late that same day. On Friday afternoon Mark was at our house, diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part that was needed, and was back on Monday to make the repair. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. We could not have been more pleased!

I called to ask if they would be interested in buying a washer that I wanted to sell and unfortunately the guy who answered the phone was very rude when I was being extremely nice. Never dealt with them before but definitely would not attempt to deal with them in the future. Horrible customer service! Please find better employees that have proper phone etiquette when talking to a customer on the phone. Thanks!

I highly recommend A-1 Mark's Appliance. Mark didn't sell me anything that was not needed for the repair of our dryer. Very fair prices.

If it makes sense to repair rather than replace an appliance, Mark is your guy. He's saved several appliances in my house and even has some good free advice. Highly recommend!
