As an insurance agent attempting to file a claim for one of my insureds, the customer service is terrible. I was told the only way is to send an email and the email came back as undeliverable. How am I supposed to file this claim?

Let me start by saying, they have good rates but lied about the rate given just to find out that it was higher when I went to make a payment...rate went from 33 dollars to 50.34 on web site. Now I have been on hold for almost 20min and counting just for someone to explain why I was given a lower rate to get the down payment/ my hard earned money and then have monthly payments change without a valid explanation. Will report them to BBB

I went yesterday for the first time for insurance. If you need insurance, this is the place to go. Very friendly customer service and I was amazed how easy and quick to get insurance. I recommend this place 👌 Thumbs up for employees and the customer service

I came in to get my SR22 & they were absolutely lovely & fast. They were able to work with me on things I didn’t understand & give me a better understanding of everything I needed. The staff is very kind & welcoming!! Highly recommended.
