Their return policy is ridiculous through the mail they take 8 dollars for the shipping label then a fee I got 2 items paid 63.60 they only returned 41.00 dollars to my account I called they said it the fees with shipping label charge never again

Went in for a return on 70 dollars worth of pants with my receipt. The "manager" declined my request due to the original tags being pulled off. Those terms were not mentioned on the receipt. Also not even offered in store credit..ur store sucks!

I visited Aeropostale yesterday at Glenbrook. The store was very clean the merchandise was folded very neatly all around the store. I shopped the clearance section and found a cute sweatshirt at a great price. The employee that rang me up was very nice and friendly. Great experience.

Had a Christmas return without the tag due to sizing. They gave me a credit. The new woman behind the counter was great. I'm not usually a fan of your products but based on her ability and how she treated me I will be back for more flannels and hats.
