They will tell you what you want to hear then change everything around at 4pm on Friday and your supposed to start Monday so my advice is don't waste your time with them

I really regret working for this agency. They don't get things worked out like they should. Their are always problems when pay day rolls around. They play with people's money.! Don't waist your time working for a place like this. Their employees do not come first. They're rude and they have a huge turn over rate.!.

First, this is a recruiting company not a temporary agency. They are looking for best fits for you and the company. They believe in you, if you are you. Be yourself and be honest. You can be. That is the first huge difference. I am going to be completely honest, this is the best professional agency I have worked with. And its not even close. I had a very rough hiatus from work. Almost a year. I had met with other like companies including Robert Half, Adeco, Externetworks etc. I ended up calling RH and telling them I didn’t want to do business with them. They were terrible. They would not call back or return emails. The others were in it for themselves. I met Chris at Aeroteck/ Aston Carter and this guy cared. He cared about me. He cared about my career. He cared about what I had been through. He called some days just to see how things were going. He stuck his neck out for me. Who does that anymore? Where do you find that? Well, here, but since I did, I want to make sure others understand that too. This place is going to help you find what is best for you. I had a good background, with some very large international corporations. That was not the setting for me and he knew that. He found the perfect fit for me. He got to know me. That’s the difference. When Aaron, his boss, called, it was like speaking to a coach. It was uplifting. It was positive. I’ll say this: Chris, Aaron and co. have no clue how much they helped me and my family. They helped us in a very difficult time in our lives, which brings me here. There is NO BETTER PLACE in Fort Wayne. Trust me. I tried it. I struggled through it. I lived it. If I can help someone who is reading this avoid the frustration and go with a place that is in it for you, I will. Reach out to them, get on their website, or give them a call. They will help you. I can guarantee you that! Good luck and you will NOT be disappointed!
