Moved me from DL to SC. Did ok except they wer a mopnth late and did not deliver $3500 worth of dining table. They then refused to pay for it, despite video showing they did not deliver it. Dishonest and won't stand by their claims. Look elsewhere for integrity.

*** BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY ***We were sold a professional move from Houston to Denver in late May 2022 with a total moving fee of $11,099.What did we get for $11,099? 98% of our furniture is now damaged and pages of items missing with ZERO inventory control at the destination. The day started with the crew chief calling us “fat”. When he was pulled aside and told he either get it together or get out, we think we know why our entire move was damaged, items stolen, and others missing. They damaged items that we paid to have packed the day prior, damaged furniture on the way out of the house, and used zero care in handling any of our items. This was hands down the most UNPROFESSIONAL moving crew I have used.Delivery was no better. There was ZERO INVENTORY CONTROL, so they couldn’t even tell us everything that was packed and loaded arrived at the destination. The crew chief on the delivery side said our entire load was unloaded onto a warehouse floor, something he said he has never seen before in years of working in this industry. Items were damaged upon delivery and they even attempted to deliver items that were not ours.We found cigarette butts and empty Monster Energy drink cans in our boxes which had clearly been opened and some boxes had items we knew were missing (e.g. wine, tequila, etc.), so it’s obvious some of our belongings were opened during transit and items stolen from us.We filed 11 pages of missing and/or damaged items claims with a total replacement value of over $50,000 (for a total insured move of $75,000). Allied Van Lines refuses to provide any updates on the status of our claim and at this point in the game, we will likely have to engage an attorney and sue to recover the damages and stolen items. Among the items still missing is an 8 foot long wine bar that weighs hundreds of pounds. How do you lose a huge piece of furniture like that?At every step of our move, including the claims process, we had to be the proactive ones, reaching out to Coleman, Allied and Sirva Relocation, one of Allied’s agents.DO NOT USE ALLIED VAN LINES OR ITS AGENTS FOR A MOVE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN AND DAMAGED - WHILE YOU PAY $11,000+ FOR THAT PRIVILEGE.

Stole or lost roughly 10000 worth of our belongings. Claim was then denied because the lazy movers failed to itemize the items they moved.

Used victory Van lines (in Sterling, Va) local company associated with Allied (umbrella company). Movers were one day late arriving to load up. Took 6 entire days to deliver our things. When it should have been 2-4 days TOPS. UNACCEPTABLE, OVERPRICED and NON COMMUNICATIVE DURING THE ENTIRE MOVE. JUST FOUND OUT the movers stole jewelry of mine prior to me placing into my car. I'm disgusted. And foolish for not placing it in my car and locking it. HUGE DISSATISFACTION in this Moving company ZERO STARS

Very disappointed in Allied Van Lines & Williamsport Moving. Damaged four items. Two of the items they denied. Here are the inventory sheets and photos. They tore the seat of the chair and cracked the lid of the antique blanket chest. I paid $396 for the extra insurance.

We used Allied's moving services to move from NC to WA and I can say with confidence that Allied is the worst moving company. Avoid their services at all costs. They lost and damaged almost $10k worth of our belongings, took forever to process our claim and have refused to pay any reimbursement for what they lost and damaged. They somehow dumped gasoline on one of our pieces of luggage and our couch cushion covers which effectively ruined the couch. They claimed there is no proof this was moving related! We handed them a perfectly good couch in NC and they gave us a gasoline soaked mess in WA... How is this not moving related?!?!?! They also lost a box full of my wife's dresses, business attire etc. The interesting thing is this box was the only box of ours they packed, and it is just a little too much of a coincidence this was one of the few items that went missing. I believe they are a bunch of thieves. Additionally, at drop off, two of the movers were extremely unprofessional. I was not there, but they were demanding that my wife (then 4 months pregnant) help by moving heavy boxes out of the way to make room for incoming items. Moving is a painful enough experience without having to deal with unprofessional, untrustworthy crooks that have no concept of good business practices nor the proper way to treat other human beings. Zero stars would be a more appropriate rating, it unfortunately is not an option on Google.
