“WOW!! Where do I begin! The outdoor space is my favorite part of the amenities. Has outdoor grills, which are maintained. Perfect for a grillin-a-glizzy. Very quiet space for working professionals to live. Great place to live if you work at Parkview. The property manager, Insea, makes sure to keep the property clean and safe for all residents. Eric, head of maintenance I believe, does great work with speedy response times to maintenance calls. Just make sure to clean up your pets poop, as they can test it to know where it came from!”
“I had the time of my life living on The Landing. The apartment was so beautiful and the views were of a dream overlooking Main St and the court house. The community is wonderful, respectful, and welcoming. The apartment and amenities are true luxury. Many apartments in Fort Wayne label themselves are luxury, but The Landing is the real deal. I will dearly miss living on The Landing and hope to call it my home again some day!”
“My bathtub faucet was leaking and my tub wasn’t draining. I called the maintenance # and left a voicemail. Someone was out within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. I believe it was Greg Kinney who helped me. Extremely helpful!”
“Super happy tenant over here!! These guys got me into my home so quickly. What is usually a stressful process was made easy and honestly fun with bohouse. My neighbors are awesome and everyone is super respectful and welcoming. I personally enjoy the access to the portal to pay all bills and the newsletters to keep me in the loop of upcoming events and info. The appliances are all very nice and the maintenance requests are responded to very promptly. There is also many ways to stay in contact with management even after hours so that's a major plus. Hands down one of the best places I've rented from in fort wayne. Happy to be here ?”
