Arrow Auto Body was great to work with fixing my car's front end damage from a deer. It was covered by insurance, and they worked well with them. Arrow kept me informed every step during the repair process. I highly recommend them. A very professional body shop, and did an excellent job on my car, a very satisfied customer. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

I reached out to Arrow about a possible repair job. Although I ultimately decided to go another route, I must say that they were nothing but professional. Our communication was 100% via email but even so, they were very professional and I was pleased with their customer service.

They did a great job on my 2020 XT5 which was hit in the drivers rear side while parked at my house. There was a lot of damage to the suspension both front and rear. It looks and drives just like it did before the incident. Kept me informed along the way of how it was going and any changes to the time-line.
I specifically looked for a local shop and they delivered as they said they would. A+ Thanks!

Had the rear driver quarter panel repaired after a minor accident. Customer service was good and everyone was friendly. I got the car back the first time and wasn't happy with a slightly misaligned tail light and side skirt, also had some white overspray on the black two tone and the black leather back seats and trunk hinge. Took the car back and they corrected the tail light and side skirt alignment and cleaned up any white overspray on the exterior of the car. Unfortunately attention to detaile is missing as my car still has white on the black leather seats and the trunk hinge and weather stripping. I'm definitely being nit picky and it's not a whole lot of overspray but I was expecting none.

I took my 2018 Toyota 4Runner limited to Arrow Auto Body and had the do a front bumper conversion from a Limited to a TRD PRO front bumper. They did the work and I am very happy that I did. I would highly recommend Arrow Auto Body to anyone and everyone.
