I sit here at 10:47 on a Monday morning with one employee working, 3 people including myself in line, with other paying customers walking out because of the wait. My only day off and I spend it waiting for service. DO BETTER AT/T. I feel bad for the employee, I hope he gets paid well. Effron was on his game for being the only employee. I sat here for over an hour.

Efrain was extremely patient & friendly. He explained throughly what I needed to do & figured out I had a obsolete phone no longer in service. We worked through it & got a new phone that works best for me.
Great store & staff! Love my phone!

Josie h-(cashier) of the coliseum store in fort wayne indiana was very short and very disrespectful to me and my wife as well as a elderly couple that came in for a very simple issue of her phone not ringing, josie proceeded to be very rude and tell her she had to wait even though me and my wife gave her permission to help the elder woman, i myself helped the elderly lady with her phone issue, me and my wife picked out the phone we wanted with the accessories we wanted, josie then gladly took my money and didnt do her job to make sure the phone she grabbed and scanned in was the correct one, all while having to have help from another employee while he was with another customer, and complaining about her shift being over and having a bad attitude, me and the wife spent over an hour of our time for absolutely nothing to be told we have to come back tomorrow to continue business, josie then returned the money spent and by the time i got to my truck she was high stepping it to her vehicle, ive been with att since 2009 and have spent my fair share of money with this company and in no way shape or form should i be treated or anybody else be treated this way! I suggest if josie h doesnt like her job and isnt happy with it that she finds another place of employment! What will att do to resolve this matter??????

I went into buy a Ipad for my new buisness the other day and met with Noah. Noah had perfect customer service skills and went far beyond my expectations to set the IPad up and even helped me with adding a buisness line to my existing iPhone! I'm thrilled with my new IPad and would definitely recommend this Att location and will be returning again for future purchases! Thank you Noah for making my day great!!!!

Worst experience of any mobile provider store in 20 years. Long waits, rude staff (at multiple times) and not worth your time.
Make the extra drive north (or southwest) but don’t stop here.

I had great service here! I had a horrible experience at the Lima location so came here instead. I had lost my phone and he helped me file a claim, log into my email, and get a new phone ordered! I wish I remembered his name, but he was very kind and helpful.
