I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this AT&T store. I purchased a phone online for my adult daughter, who is an authorized user on my account, and set it up for in-store pickup. From the moment my daughter and her boyfriend walked in, they were met with an unwelcoming and unfriendly vibe from a staff member who resembled Ryan Reynolds.
To make matters worse, the store refused to give my daughter the phone I had purchased, even though she is an authorized user. Instead, they demanded that I, the account holder, present myself in person with my identification. This was completely unnecessary, as I’ve been with AT&T long enough to know their processes, and my fiancé was able to purchase a phone previously without me being present.
I can’t help but feel this might very well have been stereotyping based on image, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they flagged my account as fraudulent and canceled my order without any explanation. I contacted AT&T customer service, and they confirmed that the store's actions were completely unwarranted. This created unnecessary hassle, as I had to reorder the phone that they wrongfully canceled.
I do want to mention that a staff member named Patrick was kind and genuinely tried to help. He didn’t give my daughter or her boyfriend the same negative treatment they received from the other staff member. Unfortunately, his effort was overshadowed by the overall terrible experience.
I expected much better from AT&T, as I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years. This situation was frustrating and completely avoidable. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from some staff was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this store based on my experience.

Im glad that i went back to AT&T, they are friendly & helpful, they take thier time to make sure you are happy & satisfied before leaving thier store

After 4 attempts at 4 other stores, Alyssa was very helpful and resolved our issue. In the future, we will just make the trip to Fort Wayne for our phones.

Helpful but cannot help with sunrise credit . Which apparently uses AT&T as a front for false documentation. I think they steal from their dumpsters

AT&T store will not replace my screen saver I’ve got insurance and life of phone replacement on screen saver when my phone get to be few years old they always run out of what they say is the AT&T replacement screen saver for my IPhone so after 20 plus years being a customer of AT&T it my be time to find someone else how like my money

I wish I could give this place less than one star, but it won’t allow me. I tried to go on my lunch break to get assistance because my phone recently has stopped holding charge. I was in there for over 20 minutes. No one even acknowledged me at all, I ended up leaving very unhappy. No one said hold on I’ll be there with you in a minute they said nothing and then two people left to go on lunch break while I was standing there and no one had helped me. Very unprofessional I will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely best experience with changing over from competitor carrier services and helping to make sure the device is working. Wish there was more than 5 stars for options. Ask for Deborah, she's the best with firstnet setups

patrick was amazing! came in to add a line, and upgrade a phone, and he was so helpful and kind! if you come for anything to this store, make sure to go to him!!
