I have had so much trouble with ATT. i have spent around a total of 8-12 hours inside of 2 different locations. “unable to upgrade my device” there are a lot more details at play here. Maysville ATT store employees specifically Christian and Josie were great and went to great lengths to assist me. This was out of their hands. I specify asked to be able to speak to the district manager. I sent a long email professional explaining my situation on 1/25/2025… have not gotten a response and still have not upgraded my phone. i am truly disappointed with ATT and hoping that leaving a review I will actually be able to get in contact with someone that will truly rectify this situation.

Officially done with AT&T. Walked in wanting to upgrade my plan from a prepaid to contract. The person in the store botched my account and I was unable to get any service. Apparently I wasn't clear my account was a prepaid account. Was told I needed to go to the "Corporate office" and they would be open late enough to help me. They weren't, this was the final straw. As someone who works in tech I understand the frustrations and complications of things not working but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. The person spent only about 10min working with me before giving up and shoving me to another store. Also was told that the other store may have different sim cards. That's not a thing.

This store's salesman and manager failed to tell me about charges that would bring my initial bill to almost triple what I was expecting. I have never been so disappointed with a store in my life. When attempting to reach out to the store, I got a voicemail, left a message, and never heard anything back. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would.

We went to another AT&T store and felt like we were being lied to. We went right over to the store on Meijer Dr. and were treated great! Chad Burbrink was great. Took great care of us!

My grandson's phone died and since he is on his father's AT&T plan, we went to the AT&T store on Meijer Road for help getting another phone for him. Our first visit was fine even after waiting a long time for one of the 3 employees to talk with us. The only phone available through AT&T costs $800. That's entirely too much, especially since neither his dad nor I have an expensive phone like that. The young man we talked to suggested we go to Walmart and get a phone (Blue Box compatible to AT&T). We did that and returned for help loading the SIM card and getting it set up. Unfortunately, the Blue Box was compatible only with Walmart. We went back to Walmart in search of what we needed. The young man working there suggested we look at Amazon and get an Unlocked phone compatible with AT&T. We came home and browsed Amazon and found a phone with what we needed. It arrived at 5:15 last evening. We jumped in the car and headed back to this AT&T store knowing they don't close until 7:00. Guess what? The two employees sitting at the tables didn't want to work with us. They tried to tell us that they couldn't help us because my grandson was not on his dad's plan for which he pays $90 a month for the two of them. That's weird because when he called AT&T customer service two days ago, they provided the two account numbers for my son's plan. If that is an example of the way AT&T trains their employees to work with the public, I don't want anything to do with it. Their behavior was despicable! They sat there like two bumps on a log neither one getting up from their chosen log and helping. My grandson was determined after being without his phone for a week that he'd try to set it up himself. HE DID IT! His phone is working no thanks to AT&T. Poor service!!!!!!

Love these guys!! Pone and Chad are always super helpful. We use them for help over calling customer service whenever possible. They’re always finding ways to save us money and they do it with an upbeat attitude and a smile. Thanks again!
