I recently had a test drive at the Porsche and Audi dealership, and I must say, the service was exceptional! While I've experienced service at other dealerships, none have matched the consistent excellence offered here. I can purchase a car anywhere, but it's rare to find such fantastic service from start to finish.
Our favorite sales representative, Anwar, truly impressed me with his kindness, professionalism, and genuine investment in helping us find exactly what we needed. Additionally, the service department played a crucial role in our experience. Having owned vehicles from various dealerships, I've often found their service teams lacking, but that was not the case here.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff! From start to finish, you have consistently provided exceptional service, which is why I will continue to choose your dealership for my automotive needs.

Bought from this dealership before. Thought they were great....Took my SUV for service with brand new wheels on it. After they fixed the issue my wheel had a scuff on it. Somebody ran a curb with my car at the service. Tried to nicely explain to the service manager my situation. He wasent understanding at all. I have to buy a new $300 wheel because of these people. The service manager says I was just trying to get money out of them. Never ever go here if you love your car. These guys will look into your eyes and lie...Disgusted with Audi service here at Odaniel....Audi Fort Wayne stands for horrible customer service. Trash

Anwar is the best in the car sales world. From start to finish, he was there making sure I got into the vehicle I want. David O'Daniel, made sure I got the best deal in financing. I will never buy a car from another dealership unless it's O'Daniels. This my second vehicle from them and both times were the best experiences ever.
