It's a good place, and the dogs seem to like it. In recent times, it seems that the prices have doubled, and the weeds and overgrowth have tripled. It also seems like it's not quite as clean as before either... Usually, to demand such a rate hike, the changes are made ahead of time... to give the customers something to actually pay for... but not this time. I understand that improvements will be made in the future...?... maybe...?... But why would we pay for that now? The business is not our investment, but the new owners' investment...This gets 4 stars because the dogs do seem to be taken care of, which is number 1. But, this definitely doesn't have the value or the sense of comfort it did before. This used to be our "go-to" place...I can recommend Augie's, but with the caveat that we will now be trying out some other facilities in this new and higher price range, that have already done the work to demand the cost. Maybe we'll check back in after a couple of years to see if the improvements ever get made to justify the rate hike.

I take my dog Gracie here, and have always had great service. She always comes out happy and ready to go. She loves it here, and the staff love her too.❤❤❤

We have been taking our doodles for grooming every 3-4 months for the past 3 years. We have been very happy with the work they do. Cuts are well done, and our dogs always come home smelling wonderful. One of our doggos has very sensitive skin and had a reaction to the shampoo they used. When we brought it up to the owner, she took note and has made sure to use unscented shampoo from that point forward. Would highly recommend!

I love Auggies! Most importantly my dog Super loves them! I have been bringing my dog here for years for grooming, bathing, and boarding. They do a great job at all three and not at an outrageous price. I definitely recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

We were nervous about leaving our Pitt because he has severe separation anxiety and tends to growl around new people. The young lady who took his leash and our other dogs leash was beyond sweet. They easily went right in the kennel. When we arrived I was pleased to know that they were on their best behavior. They smelled so good and was so clean. Thank you. We will be back.
