Today I went into the office I took one step in with my granddaughter and the lady said "can I help you" I said I wanted to get auto insurance.The lady looked me up and down and I was told they not only would not insure me, they arent taking any new policies and I needed to leave and go somewhere else. I just kind of stood there for a minute because what insurance company doesnt want new policies? I left politely this was at approx 3 p.m. today as I walked out I heard the door click so I turned around. They was locking the door behind me like they were scared of me. My grandbaby just looked at me and asked me "why were they mean grandma". So you arent taking new policies? Someone explain cause it SURE felt like racism.

I will always go through this company for my auto insurance as I've always gotten the best deal for my coverage needs through them, PLPD and an SR-22 and the ladies who work here are always a pleasure to deal with from getting a quote to paying a bill... Bye bye big name insurance companies!!

I've used this insurance agency before and had great insurance through Progressive. I dropped Progressive once I found out they could not Ensure a salvage title car that I had no. I found Esurance and stayed with them for three years . Today, I called to switch companies from Esurance to another insurance company for full coverage. I had a hit and run on my car and then while I had the rental car I had a hit and run in my driveway. My insurance rates went up and after calling Auto Express to find a new company I was told none of their companies would insure us. I now have insurance with full coverage and I pay no more than $116 a month. This is with a $100 deductible on Collision and a $50 deductible on comprehensive. I also have rental car insurance as needed and coverage on auto glass. That took one phone call to accompany that was happy to insure me.
