Karen blew fuse on car, attempted to get reimbursed due to damage caused by Karen.Lisa the manager was very rude and refused any sort of reimbursement. Jose from Cliton discredited his staff's level of experience and knowledge.The autozones in FTW are horrible, I'll be going to O'Reilly from here on out if I need anything.

Lisa is a prime example of someone that deserves to be in a position. All staff should take notes from this store manager. Not only did she go above and beyond but explained thoroughly what I was looking for & I love her philosophy each day teach something, learn something. 🙏🏼 keep it up you deserve a bonus for exceptional customer service.

This location has always been helpful! Made the mistake of trying to go to the Southtown Crossing location for a simple thing, and after 30 minutes of not getting what we needed, drove to this location and were in and out in two minutes! If you're on the SE side of town, save yourself the hassle and come here to Rudisill. They're great! Don't even bother with the Southtown location, unless you like wasting time!

Need to get a new battery for my car in the shop manager was absolutely awesome. He helped me out and put it in very friendly frozen on the Customer Service side. I’ve only dealt with him, but I’ll give him an A+.

Manager needs to be retrained.I pacifically told her I wanted to return the item for store credit and she sends it back to my card She supposed to be a manager She don't even know how to do a job I will Never go back to that store again And she does not need to be a manager!!!!!!!

Once again, store manager, Charles C. shines in the darkness of the 310 Rudisill Blvd, Fort Wayne location! I remembered his stellar service from the North Clinton location and vowed to only purchase from that location as long as he was there.
He is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and respectful! He is the only one that has asked for me if I was a member of the rewards program and explained how it works. I've been a member since October 2022, but no one has asked me about it since then, except TODAY when Charles helped me. I'm very thankful that he installed my head light for me and told me how to clean the other head light Every place of business needs a "Charles". I'd hire him on the spot! Thank you, Charles, for representing well.
