We were trying to return an unopened online order with a receipt, but after 30 minutes and even after calling the North Clinton store to ask how to do it, they still weren't able to figure it out. They instead finally just said we had to go to a different location. Went to the Rudisill location and they got it done in like 2 minutes! If you're on the SE side of town, save yourself the hassle and just go to Rudisill instead!

We had a bad battery and had forgotten where we purchased it. The clerk at this store looked us up and discovered we had bought it from them and it was still under warranty. He didn’t try to sell us anything, saved us a lot of money. We appreciate how quick and easy the interaction was. Unfortunately we don’t remember his name but he was extremely helpful.

Slower than a turtle walking backwards. I waited in line for 30 minutes for a return because both employees were busy with a customer. 30 minutes with a customer shows me a lack of training. It was not the customers!!!!
