I was out of town in Fort Wayne on a Friday afternoon when my alternator gave out in my 2009 Honda. I was able to pull over into this particular AutoZone. Austin was the employee who helped me out. He diagnosed the alternator as the issue, provided me with a refurbished alternator they had in stock, and gave me a referral for a very good mechanic down the street (Curtis Woodward - Woodward Automotive). I called Woodward Automotive and they were able to install the alternator that afternoon.
I was then able to make the 3 hour drive home the next day, and my Honda continues to run with no battery charging issues.

I had to ask the men at church where I could get my vehicle's lightbulb replaced on short notice and they recommended this store, much to my surprise. The sales clerk recommended another $2 product to make my headlight last longer, and with with my prompting, taught me how to install the lightbulb. They did not charge for this service ... last time I paid a shop $75 without the DIY lesson. Thank you so much for all of your help on such short notice!

Eric did amazing job with helping me out on putting My low beam and turning signal in. I was really happier and pleased On his work that he did On top of his customer service made me feel like family, I recommend him to anybody that comes to this autozone on 1623 w wallen road fort wayne indiana 100%.
