I love all of their stuff but do not like being attacked every time I enter the store. I love friendly employees but I don’t want to be talked to every time I enter the store. Sometimes I want to go in and just look around. I don’t want to be handed a bag, if I want one, I will grab one. Otherwise, the store is great.

I have learned never to order anything online from this company again. I ordered stuff December 26 and here. It is january the eighth and I still have not received my Order and I call customer service. They won't do nothing about it. So they need to calm and get my stuff to me. Or I will file charges of thefts and say what we find my money and they won't deliver my order

I called the store before heading over to ensure their deals were happening in store as well as online. The woman on the phone was very kind and even invited me to the store, which I did end up going. The lady checking me out, her name is Toni, was very helpful and She was very welcoming. I only put four stars because prices are outrageous.

Best BBW store I’ve ever been to. The employee Jackie deserves a raise. She’s an extremely caring person. I can see how she’s hired for the job. She checks on customers including myself to see how we are doing and if need any assistance. She’s the reason why I could visit this BBW location with that radiant personality.

Always has great sales. That is the only time I go is when there is a sale. Employees are always friendly I had a hard week so this was a treat for me. I've always loved this store keep up the great costumer service ❤️❤️
