Was told that the shower floor would not be slippery this is not true it is very slippery had to order no slip grips to put down to keep from falling

I am very happy with my experience with bath fitter. After receiving estimates from several companies, we chose bath fitter because of the price, knowledge and professionalism of their employees. We had a new tub and surround installed to replace the worn out and peeling surround the previous owner "installed". The installer was nice, professional and punctual both days of the installation. The bathroom looks great!

Got my new tub installed yesterday and I love it! So much better than before. The employee who came to install it was friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to my friends and family.

We had Bathfitters remove the tub in our guest bath and replace it with a shower. From the beginning visit to completion they were professional. The day of the install they were on time, got everything done and even repaired a towel rack that was loose before they arrived. The work looks great.Service: Bathtub replacement

Showed up on time. Explained all that was going to be done and how. Answered questions I had as they worked. Everything was completed and cleaned up and our new walk in shower looks great and my wife loves it.

The gentleman arrived on time, placed rugs down so he would not track dirt into the house and he went straight to work. He did run into a glitch hen he cut through an electric line but he called someone for help and they had it repaired in little time. He continued to finish the job. I am very happy with the new shower! The only thing I am not satisfied with is the foot rest, it is way too high for me to be able to use.

The service man was very good and polite and answered all my questions. The only problem I had was that he had to go back to the shop twice while working on my job because he brought the wrong trim and shelf. The finished job was great.Service: Bathtub refinishing
