Ordered a key fob for our Minivan a week ago. Today they called to tell me that it was in. I talked with two gentleman; Taylor and Mike. Both told me to be at the store 1 hour before closing so they could program my new key. I took my wife’s vehicle today to work because this was the only day she didn’t need it. I was able to get off of work early and was at their location exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes before they closed. Taylor informed me that he was unwilling to do it because it would take him until closing time. I asked him what he would be doing for the whole hour and he replied “my job”.
Clearly not. I don’t appreciate being lied to. Many other trespasses I can overlook, but being lied to deserves a review. If Integrity matters to whomever is reading this, I would suggest going elsewhere for your needs.

Took my car key here to get a battery and dude decided to mangle my key and lose the spring under a button, then the remote lock doesn't work anymore. Come back the next day to get the spring and talk about a new key case, not only did they lie about the spring being found but also expect me to pay for a new complete key. I took the key apart at home to find that they also cracked my key case and replaced the spring with a random one that doesn't work. A 15 dollar job turned into a 300 dollar job for a new cut key for a jdm import.
Update : i emailed them, I'll let you guys know how it goes.
update 2 : they ghosted me, pfft.

Had exactly what I needed. Was able to purchase online, use discount code, and pick up in store. Returned core in store upon pickup. Friendly staff, was greeted immediately upon entry.

I received excellent customer service here. I was greeted and helped promptly by Elijah. I came in to get my battery changed in my car key fob. I was informed that I didn't have to pay because my old battery was from battery plus and had the lifetime warranty. I had talked to Elijah on the phone days before. I received the same outstanding service when I visited the store as I had received on that phone call. I will return for future service.

, I came in on October 17th 2024 at 5:50 p.m. and a clerk named Elijah refused to fix my phone after I called him on the phone and told him I was driving over an hour away and he said okay. Prior to that he ordered me the wrong screen a few weeks ago when I drove up there to get my phone fixed. He has a bad temper towards customer certain customers when he wants to. Avoid this place when he is working.

Would not even try to help me once saw my key was broke and websit saids they fix all keys apparently not camper keys. Guy never even recommended any where and was not willing to help at all.
