“Long story short I needed a new battery and a battery installment. when I call the store in the morning December 17th I was told they cannot do battery installment on my type of car which is a 2016 Ford Fusion SE. I didn't want to go to a mechanic shop and waste 300 or $400 just for them to put in a new battery. I went drove to O'Reilly's that night and I asked them to double my car out and to see if they can replace my battery. the first guy said no but then Steve came in and saved the night. He looked at my battery and he was like" oh I could replace that in 6 minutes" and in 6 minutes he's did. Thank you so much Steve you save the night and you save my Christmas vacation trip.”
