Rick Pressey is the best employee in the entire belle tire corporation. Someone should give that man a promotion or a raise. More knowledge than any person I've ever met when it comes to tires. Very kind and very respectful!

Went in to see if they can repair tire with a nail in it. The Girl at the desk asked what can I do for you. I said have a nail in the tire she said it'd be a while, I asked how long. I said well if I bring it back at 1:00 p.m. and then come back later to pick it up. She said well if you bring it back later we'll have to keep it overnight. I looked at her and said just for a nail in the tire she said yes,I said forget it and walked out. she never went outside and looked at it and see if it could even be repaired. the nail was in a spot where maybe it couldn't be but never looked at it. so much for their guarantee repair on a tire that they advertised. Let's just say when I got off of work I went down the street to discount tire got 4 brand new tires put on. Great service there, you missed out on some good money for 4 new tires. maybe next time do better customer service

Went in for an alignment tried to upsell me on tires and told me they cannot align my car without new tires. They must think people are slow and don’t know how alignments work ? Done wasting my time here please go to patriot tire five minutes down the road

They was very courteous about my vehicle, they noticed more thing wrong then I knew and told me what would be recommended and what could wait. The mechanic definitely knew his stuff and was very respectful of my vehicle. Definitely recommended to go there and get work done.

I came here a few days ago to get my tire replaced. They couldn't make it on Monday. I came back on Tuesday to pick it up. After I left the building I saw that they managed to break the driver side window so now it won't stay in place when I readjust it. They also didn't bother aligning the tire. Thanks Belle tire. 😐

Gayvin and Shareen were amazing!
Gayvin explained everything to me and also showed me what he was talking about, after the inspection. Very much appreciated and that is why I asked for him to be the one to do the work on my Edge!
Shareen was very helpful and I loved her personality!! She had great customer service skills!!!

I've been to the Lima Rd location a few times, for minor things like an oil change and bigger stuff like a new alternator. Every time I've had a wonderful experience. The staff is always really friendly and helpful, and they're very honest. If they mess something up on their end, they tell me and make it right. They've worked with me on pricing, doing what they can to get things in my budget instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive options. I would definitely go back again.

Our tire started leaking halfway into a four hour drive and they fit us in for a patch 25 minutes to close. They were extremely kind and patched the tire very quickly. They also informed us of another issue we weren't aware of. Very high quality, efficient service from friendly staff even though we had to come in last minute with no warning.
