I'm from Lima, OH at Glenbrook Mall and a screw went into tire. Went to the dealer and was in out about 1/2 hour!! NEVER has anything been done that fast in my experiences, and with no appointment. Reinke Ford and Raabe Ford should take note of the customer satisfaction Bob Thomas Ford performs!!
