Poor service all around. Extremely dishonest, disrespectful, and unprofessional shop manager. This place no longer provides quality work nor do they even back the work they do. To not even check if the vehicle is actually fixed before returning it to the customer is unbelievable.
Then on multiple occasions to say that there’s something else wrong with the vehicle, after collecting payment for what was originally diagnosed and fixed, when clearly it was not fixed and the original issue is still the problem is astonishing..
Bob Thomas Ford used to be our safe haven for us, our friends, and our family to buy vehicles and have our vehicles serviced. This all changed when the previous shop manager unfortunately couldn’t work there any longer. Heartbreaking to say the least.

Friendly, Fast service by all involved. They were down a detailer so my sales rep cleaned and prepared my New 2024 Maverick himself. Great experience at a great dealership. 5 stars all the way . Highly recommend you check them out for your next vehicle. Thank you Bob Thomas team.

Do not ever do business here. It has been nothing but trouble trying to get my lease signed over to purchase. They are giving me the run around - and to my face said the bank I was working with was awful. Will never use them again.

Left the car for what I was told was about a two hour job. It's the next day and they aren't done. We told them to just put it back together so we can have our car. Never once did they call to let us know what was going on. I won't go back. Customer service should be basic and they failed miserably.
