My daughter and I ported in from another company we thought was bad to this place was lied to BIG TIME we are already out of data forget about the TikTok ban we are going through the boost ban from everything! On top of the lies the guy at this store told us we got the “$25” deal 🤣 what a joke that is and it’s NOT even $25 they will try to get more $$ out of you it VERY LIMITED maybe for a toddler this is ok not for a normal person! Let alone the person who sold the plan or the RUDE lady at the store when we had to go back about the internet we “prepaid “ and still DO NOT HAVE! This place sucks and I’m from Florida so I know a POS cell phone store and POS service and this place has it ALL!

Tried going for a upgrade and guess what not in stock like the rest of fort Wayne so now I lost my upgrade twice cause they seem don't think they need order a lot been to other locations they seem pick there own hours when they want be open and not there even no the sign says what hours they are smh it's time switch straight talk here there better any ways 👍💔

Do not shop Brenda even tho been a sale associate caused drama inside my home just because she's related to somebody we have contacted corporate on this accident and hopefully they can review the cameras on our purchased day
