My phone went NUTS and lost all sorts of data, one day; to include 95% of contacts and most of my apps were removed from my home screen. I went In to have an employee tell me what happened, but they had to send me to a second store where a better trained/more intelligent employee was on duty. My issue was resolved; I just wish it hadn't taken three+ hours of my life!
