Well they’re supposed to open at 5:30am M-F according to Google and the BK app. I’ve gone twice in the last month and they are not open by 6. They have no hours posted on their building whatsoever so who knows when they actually open.

I do not understand what is going on with this specific Burger King. The last time I went through the drive thru, the person over the speaker was extremely short and had a tone that was just not acceptable for customer service. However, I proceeded to complete my order and wait in line and had been sitting there for 15 minutes and decided to leave the drive thru line.Today, I go back hoping for better service (this was around 1:30pm). I pull up to the drive thru and I asked for one moment to look at the menu and all of a sudden I hear, "Just a second." Ok, not that big of a deal however, when they get back on the speaker, they are short and not friendly at all and when I completed my order, they go, "Second window. Thank you."I pull up and thankfully, the drive thru line went by fairly quickly, and when I get to the window to give them my card, he doesn't even say hi, just gives me my total and takes my card. He comes back and just hands me the bag and when he gave me my card, I politely asked him for a side of mayo and some ketchup. He doesn't even say a word, rather - looks annoyed, and hurries up and grabs ketchup and mayo. Funny thing, he gave me grape jelly. Not mayo. I'm sure it was a mistake but my suggestion, slow down and be kind.I worked in fast food for years and I can understand being short staffed, being busy, and customers being rude but, not all customers are rude and it is very frustrating when I feel or anyone that is a kind person, feels as though they are a bother. This Burger King needs to seriously get better. The only reason I gave a two star rating, is because the food was made correctly.

Always get the wrong food! Service is absolutely horrible and the wait time is ridiculous! Don't stop here if you are in a hurry or limited on time. Drive thru takes a minimum of 20 minutes even if there's only 1 or 2 cars in front of you. And I recommend you check your food before you pull away.

I was using the coupons that had just come out in the mail and the computer didn't recognize the codes . So I waited an extra 10 minutes while three of the employees tried to figure it out.

Manager got mad at me for his stupidity and couldn’t even fix my order instead he cursed me out and hung the phone on me and wont answer my calls. This happened on 2/28/2024 around 2pm so let this be a warning and avoid this location with this dumb freaking

I ordered a whopper combo. I got a smashed bacon cheeseburger, a small fry and the wrong drink for $10.99. Thanks for nothing BK. This location has hit rock bottom.
