“BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURE ARE AMAZING
I ran over a pink spray paint can that had been previously blown up in the middle of the road, tried to avoid it, got it all over my back bumper, trunk, etc. Tried every type of solvent could not get it off did everything i could for 2hrs. barely got any of the paint myself. I went to 3 different detail shops in fort wayne. I can name drop all of them with the prices they quoted. (QUOTED IN PERSON NOT OVER PHONE) Vital Wax Detailing & Restoration 0/10 review. Quoted me $250 to remove the paint & that’s it. 1469 Super center In person quoted 175 but included full car not bad 7/10 really busy place The final place i took my car for a quote was C & M Auto Reconditioning ?? Final place i decided on. Quoted me $85 for the paint to be removed and whole exterior to be detailed ? I couldn’t believe it. The first impression walking in this one guy Jim the owner, had 3 other vehicles he was working on, he was taking calls doing it all. He told me he didn’t advertise anymore and rarely had new clients, i left him a voicemail though and he listened to it and said he had to see the car asap! because spray paint is very bad to leave on your car. I explained i could be there in 20 minutes. I pulled up, we looked at the car he wanted to do it as soon as possible, we scheduled for 8:00am the next day, I showed up and left him the car for about 3 hours and at 11:00 i showed up, to my surprise all the pink paint was gone, it was looking better than when i had first bought the car in may. We talked a lot and he explained to me that he has been right here in fort wayne at the same shop for longer than i have been alive (im 22) this guy has seen it all and more i wouldn’t lie to you every car i need detailed etc is going to this guy i recommend you guys do the same.??”
“One of the only places that sells 91 octane. It’s cheaper than 93 that most stations offer as premium, but still works perfectly if you drive a car that requires premium. The store is large, has a great selection and is always clean. I go out of my way to stop at Lassus over any other gas station!”
“Kaiti at the Chevy dealership is amazing. Jumps up to help instantly. Everyone there does an amazing job! I feel bad if I am not able to tip a few bucks every time. The wash itself is worth every penny.”

“The price is very good and it did the job. Free vacuums are nice, and my car was clean. Air dryers on exit could do a little better but not a real issue with that, older tech used here and I generally towel dry. The guy working, apparently by himself, didn’t guide very well in getting me lined up to the track. I unfortunately had to only give a 4 star review thanks to hearing my wheel scrape and feel my car shift over to get lined up to the track.”

“11/17/25 I'm not sure if it was intentional or if they were even aware, but the two entry attendants, having fun with each other and engaging the customer, delivered a remarkable experience. I strongly suggest that your marketing team observe their interactions and test the potential of operationalizing this into a service script for defining a signature checkpoint.”

“Only giving a 4 star because the trash cans were full and there was trash all over the ground, and I understand that it is just lazy people who don't care. There is only ever one or two people working when I come in and its always busy. So Definitely not saying anything bad about employees they are all awesome and friendly. 5 stars for them. But a little more care and respect from people would be great. But FREE AIR AND FREE VACUUM. and when your done there a cute little car wash. Thank you for that part Lassus Handy Dandy.”

“Only place I've found where I can nearly detail my own car entirely. They even had shampooers that were absolutely phenomenal!!! Way better than paying for a half decent auto wash for triple the money...5 ⭐'s for Rays!”
“This is a great alternative to Mike's. Who's gotten a little carried away with their prices.
Tube has daily discounts, I think it was a before 7am and after 7pm sale. Vacuuming is also free.
Think they need to do a better job of marketing.
Cloths for the wash are also softer than other washes. Won't scratch your vehicle as much.”

Just purchased a brand new car with all the bells and whistles. Needed training to get though. CADE spent time explaining and escorted us through the wash safely.

“Pretty good. I bought the cheapest option ($11) and it cleaned 95% of the car. It missed some spots on the back hatch but the vehicle was very dirty from nasty Indiana roads.”

“I come here every few months with bigger vehicles and never really had an issue. The original bay I went to had quarters jammed in the thing so I went and waited for another bay. Sat there less then 2 minutes when, I believe the owner, pointed me back to that pay and said it's on him today. That was awesome,doesn't seem to be in it just for the investment. Not sure what everyone expects from a $2 to start carwash but I think it's a decent place”
“Great place to wash your car and let the kids wash the animals, needs to be cleaner in the animal section, kind of pricey. But a all around good place! Everyone who goes there should clean after them selves!!!”
