My child has attended Carepointe since he was three months old. I had a really hard time returning to work and the staff lovingly worked with me. I was able to go nurse him in the middle of the day for the first few months, and they always kept me posted on the app with updates, pictures, and messages. He’s on his third room now, and each set of teachers has been lovely. When I have had concerns, the director was responsive and staff were always willing to work with us. Everyone is flexible and kind, and even staff that are not in my child’s room know his name and say hi. He loves all of the crafts and fun activities, and we are so pleased to have Carepointe as part of our team!

Our son has been attending since he was about 3 months old. We love the small number of children means all the teachers (including those not even in his room) know his name and can tell us funny stories of things he has done during the day. The teachers in his room care so much in helping us on what we are trying to develop from home whether it was using a bottle better, learning to walk, or helping us give him meds for some minor health stuff. They are always so excited to see him in the morning!
We have had a few issues with staff and the way things have been handled around some of our requests but have found that as long as we are willing to bring it up in a calm conversational tone, we are listened to and the issues are addressed as soon as is possible.

My children have been attending Carepointe for a little over a year now and while I was nervous going into it I have been completely blown away with the level of care they receive there. The teachers are all amazing and very attentive. It’s very personable care. Even teachers from other classrooms know each of the children’s names. I love how I am kept up to date on what my children are learning and doing using the app. My preschool age son is learning so much, I’m very impressed. I would definitely recommend Carepointe to anyone looking for childcare and have recommended several of my friends.

The staff always go above and beyond to make my daughter feel welcome and secure. The learning and play in the preschool and kindergarten prep classes was engaging and exciting for my daughter. She learned so much through hands on activities and play. Admin and teachers always respond promptly when I’ve reached out with questions or requests.

Carepointe Academy is amazing!! My almost 9 month old daughter has been attending since she was 6 months and she has never had a bad day! She is always excited when she see her teachers and you can genuinely feel the love they have for her.

We love Carepointe! Our baby attends and the staff make her feel so cared for each day. Our child is so excited every morning to get to her room and they send wonderful pictures and video updates throughout the day of activities, meal time, etc.

My baby has been at Carepointe since baby was 8 months. Tammy Taylor and Ms Angie are my three teachers the I enjoyed having with my baby and Riley .
Summer camp is amazing the kids going on a field trip almost everyday and pools on Friday at no extra cost to parents unless it’s included in tuition . Other than that occasional germs and biting staff do a good job and stop the toddlers from hurting each other .

My daughter has been attending Carepointe since she was 12 weeks old and is now 18 months. I was very nervous to send my first baby to a daycare where I knew nobody, but they quickly got to know her and have taken such good care of her. I really appreciate how responsive the staff is when I have questions and all of the updates and pictures they post through the app during the day. My daughter looks forward to going to day care every single day!

My child began attending Carepointe Academy shortly after my previous childcare fell through. They worked with me to schedule a tour. Although I was so nervous, the staff put me at ease by giving regular updates and sending pictures through the app. The teachers do a great job of helping my child adapt to a schedule where they can play, explore, be creative, and interact with others. The staff have been an amazing support system for my child. I am grateful to have a safe and reliable place for my child to learn and grow. I highly recommend Carepointe Academy for any parent needing childcare.

Our daughter has been at Carepointe Southwest since she was about 5 months. She is now 3 and doing great. All of the teachers know her by name and are great at learning each child’s mannerisms. Additional activities are available during the day, such as Cartwheels which has been nice to help with introducing our daughter to extracurricular activities.

Carepointe has been a God sent to our family. We are involved parents and want to hear about our child’s day. Carepointe over communicates to us and always allows us to ask questions. My child required some additional therapies and the staff willing ask what they can do to support him. We are grateful we found them.

My son has been attending since he was 6 months old, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care for the children. I really appreciate their communication — they keep me updated throughout the day on meals, diaper changes, naps, feedings, and any incidents which gives me peace of mind.

Carepointe helped prep my daughter to be ready for prek and the teachers she has had for the past couple years have been absolutely amazing and we couldn't be more thankful for them. The new leadership has been very helpful and engaging. Our baby just started his journey here and loves his teachers.

Care point Academy is a very good Daycare. My daughter loves going to this place and never has a bad reaction when it’s time to go to her “school” as she says. From my experience, all staff has been very professional and kind and caring.

My child has been attending Care Point Academy for about five months now. The start was a little rocky, but any concerns we had were addressed quickly, and things have been going smoothly since. The staff has been great, and my child seems happy here. My only wish is that the app they use could provide me with more detailed update's
