Carpets in Fort Wayne, IN

“We are very pleased with the floors. The crew was extremely friendly and professional. The floors were above our expectations. They seem to look better each day as we get use to our new floors. Conner and the crew did a great job fixing a potential issue by our stairs making sure they were done correctly and looked great They took the extra step of taking out our wood floors by the stairs to ensure it was level with the stairs. The crew worked extremely hard as all they did was work as they took a potential 3 day project and got it done in two long days well done. It looks like we have a new house. One of the best improvements we have made for our house making a 20 + year home look new again. Thanks for all your hard work. We truly appreciate it. We love the LVP floors clean up great, look great. Its a great way to start our retirement, getting rid of our old carpeted floors and reinventing our home with these new LVP floors. We would highly recommend. Rick and Shirley Voglewede”

“I replaced the carpet in a large family room recently. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the process through K&N Carpet. From the first stop to the final payment, both David and Mike were efficient, low-pressure, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were good and I'm very pleased with my finished floor. I will be doing any future flooring with K&N.”

“As an Interior Designer, I have worked with Aaron's Fine Rug Gallery for over 30 years. I have helped my clients choose rugs in a wide price range from a small rug for a kitchen or entry to very large rugs for family rooms and dining rooms. I am always delighted with the quality of the rugs, and the service and thoughtfulness of the staff. But I am also an artist and the beauty of the rugs that Aaron's has in stock is a delight for me. From classic orientals to gorgeous contemporary styles, I always find a rug that will support a color scheme or add a work of art to my client's room.”

“I referred a few of my clients to City Carpet Outlet, and Jeff was outstanding. He provided valuable information and ensured a smooth process from selection to installation, which took just five days. My clients were extremely satisfied with both the quality of the product and the competitive pricing, which was the best among three options we compared. We're truly grateful for Jeff's attention to detail and dedication. Highly recommend!”
