The ATM here sucks!! broken down ALLLLL the time. I usually deposit money every week. The amount of times I’ve driven here just for the atm to not be working or it eats my money and does not transfer it…. Then It turns into a whole thing and I have to call… you’d think a multi trillion dollar company can afford a new ATM… right?

I met with the branch manager Tim about an escalated situation with my account and he treated me like a stupid little girl instead of a woman (with a master's degree, at that). Apparently Chase trains its employees to be sexist and ageist, and female customers have to be with a male in order to be taken seriously. I filed complaints with multiple higher ups. I have never met someone with an ego as big as his.

I always get very good personal service when I need it. It has a walk up ATM available 24 hrs a day. Just can't make with draws from it 24 hrs a day.

Their customer service employees are NOT well informed. I called to deffer a loan payment and the associate Marium told me "We can certainly do that for you.". She preceded to tell me I would have to call back after my due date. I have never made a late payment in over two years so I called back a few days before my payment was due. I spoke with Moe who told me I did not qualify to deffer a payment. I let him know that since I was misinformed by Marium that I had already used the funds I had to pay off a couple credit cards. He told me he had to follow guidelines and could not help me. I asked to speak to his supervisor. She (Dezia E229459) told me they could do better at training but she (Marium) should not have told me that. I let her know she put it in the notes on my account and there should be someone who has authority to grant my request. She said they have to follow guidelines. I know because of discrimination company's have to follow procedures. However, I also know that certain situations can allow you to override those steps. I was trying to explain this to Dezia and she kept talking over me. I have been unemployed for over two years because of Covid 19 complications. I have still paid my bills. I am struggling but will still pay may bills with God's help. I just don't understand how a large company like this would benefit more by getting my payment than I would by deferring one. I closed my checking and saving account prior to this incident because they charge fees. NorthWest Bank does not charge me fees so I continue to use them. I would NOT recommend Chase Bank!

Chase Bank does not care about Fort Wayne. I've never had an issue with a Chase employee. But they're a giant corporation, and they're much more concerned with profit than customer service or convenience. Choose somewhere else unless you don't mind very limited hours and locations and the complete inability to reach a human over the phone.I just wish it wasn't such a pain to switch banks.
