The tellers are always too busy talking or playing with each other’s hair to get anything done in a timely manner. Some are just always standing around. There is never full staff and all the other branches have much friendlier staff. I’d go to another branch but unfortunately this one is on my way to work and the most convenient.

Called to inquire about loans and after informing me they didn’t do the type of loan I was asking about the lady said bye and hung up. Didn’t ask if I had other questions, needed anything else or even have a nice day. Never experienced this type of rudeness from a bank before. I’ll be switching to Three Rivers Credit Union after this. They are more for the people there and I should have switched long ago.

Went in to cash my check and they vailed it where I had to go back to my employer to get issued a new check because I can't cash my check will never bank with chase ever

Made a order for a replacement debit card through them because mine was stolen, two weeks have now gone by without my card then I had to pay a 5$ fee for them to reorder and ship a new card out fast, I have autopay bills that need payed and this has caused me late fee’s just bank with pnc, if you lose your card they’ll make a new one there in the bank.

If you call when they open, you can hear them answer, be laughing in the background, and they will hang up. I called back 4 times after that happened today, got nothing. They had just opened too. So unprofessional. The gatekeepers of my money but will do anything they can to not have to interact with people.

I had the best assistance and help that I needed today from Melanie Fullenkamp. I never owned a credit card and was hoping to get the best help that I needed and was looking forward to speaking to a personal banker who would help me understand and answer my questions. She was very professional and helpful.

I had a very frustrating issue with QuickPay and my account getting locked. I was unable to resolve it over the phone so I stopped in this branch. Tony was extremely responsive and proactive in helping me get the issue resolved. His thoroughness and professionalism were a refreshing contrast from Chase's phone support. Tony is deserving of some recognition!
