I normally don’t write reviews, but I was so disrespected at this gas station that I felt I needed to take time out of my busy day to warn others.
I was simply standing in line to get gas and cigarettes for my fiancé. A clerk was helping another customer, and I was next in line. I waited patiently, and when she finished, she abruptly told me to go to self-checkout. I explained that I needed gas, and she responded that I could do that at the self-checkout. I then told her I also needed cigarettes, and she rolled her eyes and spoke to me like I was stupid, saying “duh, you can get it all at the self-checkout, I’m about to shut this down so you have to go over there.”
It wasn’t what she said, it was how she said it. Her tone was rude, demanding, and completely unprofessional. Gas station clerks deal with people all day, and you would think being respectful and polite would be part of their job, especially when the customer is being patient and friendly. I even explained that I don’t know how to use their self-checkout for gas and cigarettes because I don’t go to Circle K often.
After this experience, I now understand why.
If you don’t want to be disrespected, talked down to, or treated like you’re an inconvenience, I highly recommend avoiding this gas station. This was my first and last time visiting this location, and likely any Circle K.

DONT GO HERE THE STORE IS ALWAYS NASTY AND OUT OF EVERYTHING ALSO THERE IS ALWAYS MOLD IN THE FOUNTAIN MACHINE. The employees are lazy, they fire all the good ones

For several months, I regularly stopped at this Circle K because of the excellent service. The ladies who worked the day shift were some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve ever encountered at a convenience store. Their kindness truly made a difference and kept me coming back.
Unfortunately, the recent change in staff has completely altered the atmosphere. The current employees are not friendly, and to be honest, their demeanor makes the store feel unwelcoming—even a bit uncomfortable. Because of this, I’ve changed my route and now go out of my way to visit a different gas station.
I truly hope Circle K considers the importance of customer service when staffing their locations—it makes all the difference.

This place is really going down hill. Signs everywhere - this is broken - that’s broken - do NOT use, etc. They stop accepting cash after 10pm. Half the pumps are either completely out of order for weeks/months or the tap-to-pay scanners don’t work. Save yourself some frustration and go to the Shell QuikStop across the street.

Is the carwash ever open. Every damn time I come here it's closed or broke. Yenn really hate makin money huh. Or you jusy make that up in higher prices for food and coffee and Gass.

Until today, I was a daily customer. They couldn't break what is now a small bill ($50... considering fuel prices, IS small). The cashier couldn't pull money from the safe they drop cash in? She couldn't reach out to the other employee working? Nah... it's sad that customer service has fallen this far. I won't darken their door again.

Went through the car wash a few months ago and the automated car wash broke one of my sideview mirrors. Gave my number to the girl working that night. She said the manager would call me and never did. No wonder the Shell station across the street is always busy. Customer Service is 100% better than Circle K anymore. Sad. Place is ran by a lazy manager who apparently can't be bothered to do anything! Don't worry manager. I paid for and fixed my own mirror. That place use to be decent until these people bought it. Now it's going downhill fast. Idk how they stay in business.

Music was loud, weren't busy and had 4 employees but only 1 at the register with 1 customer still stood there 10 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break. Getting!!!!

Why must I go in every time to get my receipt??? Even at the self check out, there was no receipt paper! Circle K...people are busy, only get a few minutes for lunch. Help us out!
