I worked with Kenneth Alcalde and Zachary Caspe on a load and really enjoyed the experience. They were always available, very helpful, and extremely understanding. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend working with them!

If you want to be completed ignored by the broker rep and the account manager on a load, go ahead and book with them. We booked a load with Zachary Davis. Load started fine but the receiver was a complete nightmare. Our driver got there at 9:30AM and they told him there was no room in the warehouse. We immediately notified Circle about the issue and they have completed ignored our emails and phone calls. I contacted Emily Eisenbarth at circle who is the account manager and she completed ignored us as well. It is now 2PM and our driver is still held up at the receiver and we are receiving ZERO support from Circle Logistics. Stay away if you value your time and communication.
UPDATE - It is now 3:40 PM and our driver is still not unloaded. Emily Eisenbarth finally responds to our countless emails with “Please keep me posted”. This is the kind of support you should expect from Circle.
LAST UPDATE - Driver was finally unloaded at 5PM. We sent Emily paperwork with IN and OUT times and requested 4 hours of detention. She sent $30. These are the kind of reps you want to stay away from. You've been warned.

This is a warning to other drivers.Do not use this brokerage company.And I'll tell you why I understand that some companies have the policy where you have to accept tracking for information to be released.Totally understand but why they are tracking you three days before your load gets picked up while you're on another load is mind boggling to me.And when you ask why they say sarcastically, it is company policy. Now I was on another load which I delivered and went home to my family. My off time, my private time.
But yet was still being tracked without me knowing
I will be checking with a lawyer to find out if there is any.Legal issues here and I will be reporting this company to the FMCSA and the BBB it is time you brokers stop with the foolishness. I literally have had enough. You put my family's whereabouts in jeopardy and you're going to say that, oh we don't watch the tracking, but the tracking company keeps it either 30 or 90 days depending on the contract that they have with you. So if there's a data breach at that company or yours, my family's whereabouts will be compromised. This is a warning to drivers. Do not use this company unless you want your privacy to be violated, and when you speak to them about it, they don't care.I would honestly give this company zero stars, and I will not be using them in the future

We had an extremely positive experience working with Circle, especially Zachary Caspe and Kenneth Alcalde. Proper and timely compensation of accessorials, excellent communication and professionalism. Will be happy to work with them again soon!

Worst experience with Erica Gonzalez and her team , had app at 11AM we arriver earlier to be unloaded , but they start at 11, after unloading half of my truck the receiver goes to lunch for 1 and 30 minutes, i ask for help on broker team , all the hour i try to call them and trying to figure that out no one will help.
My driver at the end was unloaded at 3PM, we lost out reload for that day and spend all the day there.
Avoid booking loads with them, no professional broker to explain and managing work flow.
