My daughter got her ears pierced for her 8th birthday. the earrings we wanted weren't available(which just so happens to be the cheapest they have). this was a big disappointment to my daughter. Staff seemed nice. My biggest complaint is that the earrings were put on too tight not allowing room for the inevitable swelling that would happen and making it difficult to clean effectively behind the earrings. Both earrings at different times ended up going back into the piercing hole with in 4 weeks due to swelling. This last time was a very long painful process for my daughter to get the earring to pop back through the front of her ear. If I had it to do all over again I would go to a professional piercing shop.

The store was great with great sales. However, it was a lil cramped, and prices are significantly higher than they were just a couple of years ago! $65 to get my granddaughters ears pierced.. that's crazy! Prices went as high as $90+. The ladies that did her ears were not very experienced either. One did pretty great, but the other got hung up on the earring with the gun causing pain to my granddaughter. It hurt my soul to see her cry. Thankfully, the tears didn't last long once they were done pulling that gun off. I feel if they are going to charge so much, they need to at least have experience with the job and with little ones.

I recently went here to get a few pairs of earring, nothing special. When I walked in, I noted the store was so well organized, and the employees were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend if you need decently priced accessories or other trinkets.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I schedule a 5pm eat piercing appt for my 3 year olds birthday. I walk in at 4:59 and the only worker is already piecing another kids ear. She never greets me or anything as me and my family stands there for 5 mins. She finishes up with that kid and proceeds to their sibling. What I thought was 1 kids was 3. What was supposed to be a 5pm appt had not turned into 5:30 and still waiting as she rings up customers. Long story short, I will never be back here nor recommend. Also, the employee is Sara (no h as she told me to put). VERY rude employee!

My granddaughter was helped in getting what she needed by a pleasant employee. My complaint is that it is so cramped inside due to a small store and making our time in there short as too many people to be able to look at things easily.

The adore was clean and stocked. The employees was very helpful and very informative about the products and upcoming events and sales. Also was very informative about my ear Piercing and how to take care of them.

My daughter and I got our ears pierced here today. My daughter was so excited and also terrified. Kitt and Kelsey were SO patient, didn't push, waited til she was ready...and she's so happy with them! So thankful for both of them being so kind to work with a little girl with big feelings and a lot of emotions! We had a great experience.

If you are wheelchair bound, this store is definitely not meant for you to shop in. Couldn't fit a wheelchair in between shelfs I'd say they need to find a bigger location inside the mall so their customers can move about better

GARBAGE JEWELRY! ? Today was the last time I'm wasting my time or money on Claire's jewelry. Everytime I hope I'm going to get something decent, it ends up breaking or tarnishing. Absolutely ridiculous!
