  Colvin's Team did a great job on our master bathroom remodel in January 2025. Excellent work and everything looked and worked great. Changing to a walk-in shower from a tub/bath combo was everything we expected and will allow us to age in place much longer.
  
  We were so delighted with the results that we had them return several months later to do additional improvements to our main bathroom and to upgrade our kitchen flooring.
  
  For both projects, the Colvin team provided excellent work and the projects were completed on time.
  
  I highly recommend Colvin for your projects as their products and installation are top of the line.

  This may be a little different than your normal review. We were referred to Colvin by a close friend of ours shortly after purchasing a house in Fort Wayne. The company had done several updates to different areas of their house over the last couple of years. Our friends were very happy with the work.
  We contacted Colvin and made an appointment with Julie. We wanted to remodel the kitchen, full bath, and half bath in our new home. We would not be living in the house while the work was being done. Julie walked us through our options for flooring, paint, counter tops, fixtures, and shower options. One of the most important changes for us was to remove the tub from the full bath and install a walk in shower. All of the kitchen cabinets had been built by the former owner and were beautiful. Julie agreed with us that we should keep them. Julie made note of everything we wanted and started on the estimate.
  I will admit, we were a bit shocked by the initial estimate, but we had never started a project like this before, and did not know what to expect. We met with Julie again, worked out a budget and made the changes to meet the budget. We had to coordinate this project with several others that were taking place on the property at the same time. The Colvin crew started and finished exactly when they were supposed to. One of the other contractors caused a major problem, which the Colvin crew stepped in and took care of.
  Our first inspection was amazing. Randy Colvin walked us through how to take care all the new surfaces, and gave us cleaning products to start us off. The very few things we wanted changed were done very quickly, and we signed off on the project. We were extremely happy with the work.
  It is now a year later. We followed Randy's instructions on cleaning, and the flooring and counters still look like new! We love our walk in shower and everything else that the Colvin crew did. We are more than satisfied with the job Colvin did and would higher them again with out hesitation. We have worked with a couple of other home remodelers on other projects for the house. They also do kitchen/bath remodels. The difference is Kitchen and bath remodels is what Colvin specializes in, and it shows.

  We approached Colvin Kitchen & Bath to renovate our botched handicap accessible shower. We needed someone to demolish and completely rebuild the project after hiring a shoddy contractor. Already burned, we approached Colvin with scrutiny, but chose to get a proposal from them as they had over 40 years of business in Fort Wayne. We sent photos of our unfinished room asking if they were willing to help, and they were out soon after to evaluate it in person. We visited their showroom and they quickly earned our trust after seeing models of their work, and speaking with their sales rep Tony.
  
  Despite spending hours with us creating a proposal and choosing the features for the rebuild, we decided to hold off on moving forward, as we wanted to pay cash for the entire project. During this time, there was no pressure or pushiness about making the right decision for our family. About 6-8 months after meeting, I emailed Tony that we were ready to continue with the build, and we had a meeting to confirm and sign a contract. What we valued most about this process, was them contributing ideas to what other customers preferred for their handicap accessible showers. These were things we had no idea would be helpful as we began to use this resource everyday. To me, it was a sign of experience — that they had done this hundreds of times before.
  
  Colvin was transparent about every step of the process. They estimated three weeks to complete our very large, tiled shower. Because of the previous contractor, they alerted us of the potential of extra costs, if there was damage discovered during demolition. Despite this, they finished a week early, and on budget. Shane was extremely professional, and his work was flawless. Most days, someone from management would stop by to check that the project was going smoothly. Final payment was a week or two after completion — they want to make sure you use it several times and are happy.
  
  We are extremely pleased with Colvin Kitchen and Bath. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a high quality contractor with integrity. We will absolutely use them again. I know most people value the aesthetic of a quality bathroom, but they have provided us with an invaluable resource in caring for our disabled son. Thank you!

  We recently had our kitchen countertops, backsplash and sinks replaced by Colvin Kitchen and Bath. We were extremely satisfied by their expertise and quality of work. Tony was very helpful in guiding us through the entire process and giving us his honest opinion in choosing the right products. The rest of his team was also very courteous and professional.We unfortuently used a different contracting company to install the kitchen hood and chimney and ran into multiple problems with them. This other contactor refused to fix their mistakes, but Randy Colvin went out of his way to help remedy the situation and made sure the whole kitchen was completed to our satisfaction. We plan on hiring Colvin Ktichen and Bath for any future remodeling projects and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality bathroom or kitchen renvovations.Service: Remodeling

  I had my kitchen updated. Lower cabinets painted, countertop, sink, faucet garbage disposal and the room painted. I could not have been happier, the process was so quick and easy. All the workers were very nice and very good at their job. Colvin was a great company to work with!!

  We recently had a walk-in shower put in to replace our soaker tub. We couldn't be more satisfied! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The expertise and professionalism of all of the staff was superb. The materials used were well made. We highly recommend Colvin Kitchen and Bath and would call them again for any other bath or kitchen needs.

  Very disappointed. Have to redo MBR shower which is now allowing drain leakage into our basement. Must now look into extensive rework (over $10,000) through no fault of ours other than to select Colvin to redo our bathroom a few years ago. Buyer beware!!Service: Remodeling

  Colvin did a major reconstruction of my master bath and also an upgrade in the guest bath on the same project. Work began on date scheduled and was completed within the agreed time frame. Workers were always on time, kept everything clean, and did a great job. From the new floors to the lighting and quartz countertops to my beautiful tiled shower and soaking tub Colvin made my bathrooms look as fabulous as seen in magazines. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs bathroom remodeling.
