Costco gas attendant treated me like a 5 year old. Instead of the respect of a 64 year old HANDICAPPED male. Since attendant was so rude I purchased gas elsewhere. (no real savings anyway). Costco needs to train their employees better in Customer Relations.FYI.....I also returned a 400$ watch. We shop at Costco 1 -2 times a week + have several prescriptions there that I will be transferring. You Lost a loyal customer !

i had to wait 1 hour in line for the food and they ended up giving me the wrong item keep in mind i ordered a drink and chicken bake i received a hot dog i went up to the counter and they did nothing about it.

I feel like I just am leaving a massive rock concert at the coliseum. Took my over 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot. You all need to figure out a new exit for your parking lot.

Love Cosco. They carry food, snacks and everything you would need for pet to cleaning. My only complaint is I wished there were some signs on the end Of the rows of what is in them. I forgot to mention I get my prescriptions there along with my pets Great store !

I love shopping here and getting a few months of food at a time. It really saves me some money, not to mention the large selection and helpful staff. Speaking of a certain member stood out to me on my most recent trip. Her name is Amanda and she helped me get my card issues figured out and was very pleasant to talk to. I hope to see her again if I ever have any issues!

I wanted to buy last sofa at 5 pm on a Sunday evening. And pickup next day ask sales person who went to ask manager and manager also said no ! So if you want something buy and your from out of town out and need a truck no reason to shop here ! Next time Iam there going to turn in my card ! And start spending my 4000 a year at the other warehouse!! Thanks

There is something wrong with this pharmacy. Have a good insurance plan with free preventive care included. Try to get a flu shot and billed me $22. Seriously? Never got charged for flu shot elsewhere. Just go to CVS and get the free one.

never been to costo so beginning of this year or more so end of spring our old tv went out so figured to check out costo as uncle said he always got his tvs from there, LOL WORST Mistake i've ever made, so got a oled 77inch, unfortunately was just to big so we took it back, we'll manger lady had smart a** attitude, it was like a, (well it's rated best tv on the market so there wasint a need for you to take it back) that's the energy vibe i got from her so off the bat there's what's wrong already LOL, so the whole time i was using my moms membership because i didn't know ANYTHING about it, and thought hey i'll just use hers, so got a LG nanocell, tv sucked vary low budget and junk, took it back, older lady was at returns this time and once again another A******* completely had a a****** attitude, and then questioned the crap out of me because using moms card and membership then she persuaded to say she had to *confirm* i was supposed to be using it her credit card, LOL ya no s*** moron SHE SENT ME! ughh i swear 8/10 business in today's world is nothing but a playground for bully's, so after that we waited about 5 months and i have poof of history, so went back got my OWN MEMBERSHIP COSTO BECAUSE YOUR SUPPOSED TO HAVE YOUR OWN!!! god fk morons i swear, anyway picked up a samsung model but got wrong one by accident wasint model my mom told me to get, so here's where it gets good, i exchange it, go back and try to find the model she wanted to try based on reviews, well 10 year old maturity level store manger just walks up on me there and was all, so what's with the tvs? i had no idea who the guy was, so i turned around and was all, tf are you? oh sorry store manager, we seen you have few tvs you've returned, and knowing me not taking phony bs anymore, sat there and was like ya and? LOL he shut up real fast, see that's the thing people bully's will ALWAYS try to use fear to control you, he tried coming up with a swift hostile attitude trying to dim me down so he could take control but messed with wrong person, so i found model she wanted but only had 75inch, so got took it home and yeep old samsung's pathetic banding on the screen LOL, so take it back few days later, and ohh boy store manager was all over me like the BULLY he is, ya where not doing this anymore blah blah, we're taking your membership away and you can leave blah blah, LOL ya well guess what BUDDY you can hand me your NAME tag and we can go for a walk LOL, then he's all we've had you in here before using your mom's membership, and i was like YA D*** A** BEFORE I WAS TOLD TO GET MY OWN, gosh dang and the general managers actually hire people like this? our business would be a embarrassment if we had people like this here LOL, so ya last time i go there told my uncle and he said he canceled his to because he doesn't like family being treated that way, i've come to the reality this place is nothing but a playground for bully's and the store manager stood on top of the slide....

It's funny how one bad Apple can ruin everyone's else reputation. That horrible bad apple is Vipul Patel. Never has someone been so condescending, nasty, down right mean. I have to say Patel there are Alot more customers out there. I would start offering quality customer service with a smile or you will have to find a new job. If you wanna be rude go work somewhere outside the Healthcare industry. I am not FOB that you will talk down to me and my family like we are your slaves. Respect every single customer, every time you speak.

I was impressed with this location. It was very clean. The shelves were well stocked and the inventory was different (some items) than my local Georgia store. Unlike my Georgia location, this one had hard alcohol in the store. The prices were great. As was the selection. I look forward to shopping here more often in the future when I spend more time in Indiana.

The pharmacy is bad and the pharmacist is not friendly. I am a goodrx gold member, but she didn’t give me the discount. What’s more, when I tried to ask the Indian lady about the gold member price, she was so impatient. I spent $50 more than what I should paid. Disappointed.I tried to call Goodrx to check the price, it should have discount, but pharmacy didn’t apply the discount at all and they didn’t know why. Because it’s already 10 days, so Goodrx couldn’t change the bill for me. It is totally the pharmacy’s fault so l lost money.

My mother's aide went to pick up her prescriptions and was told she could not enter the store because she (aide) does not have a membership. She was told that because of Covid-19, non-members cannot enter - no exceptions. Mom has a membership. We will now have CVS transfer the scripts. Mom needs the meds quickly, too, and now we have to wait another day. Very disappointed.
