Will never return to this store again. Store used to be really nice. Had great people working there. Now not so much. Would not help me with a phone upgrade. Told me no. So I went to another cricket and they did what the 3 in that store refused to do. Get better employees.

Guys I'm not even kidding when I say you HAVE to go to this store! Jessica and Miranda are amazing! Jessica listened to everything we were needing and wanting even down to the amount we could spend and couldn't spend. She was amazing thee absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE my husband and I have EVER HAD! Don't believe me then go check them out! You will leave with a smile on your face!

0 stars. Initially when I went in to purchase 2 phones. The manger in question and the manager in training over charged me by 130 dollars. The reason was told to me by a regular employee that handled my transaction once she left was, she overcharged me for her commission. This was totally unacceptable and its fraudulent. I returned the next day to confront the thieving manager. She denied everything and intentionally had me there for 4 hours due to being caught trying to steal. I will be in touch with corporate and I noticed during this catastrophic incident a secret shopper was paying attention to everything that happen. If this scheme was done to me, I can imagine how many other people get played. It is not the customers job to pay your employee's commission. Stealing from customers is against the law. Employees and managers at this location should be watched thoroughly due to the inside stealing that goes on. They will steal from you. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't call anyone and came in, the guys there did their best to help me,
Dante and the guys stayed after close for a while even trying to help,
I came back the next morning and they figured out the problem.
(Turns out, there was corrosion on my SIM)
Good people and good service.

Phone quit working so I stopped today to check on buying a new phone and the sales lady told me and my son to go to Best Buy they have cheaper phones. I have never had someone try so hard not to help someone. I have been with cricket for over 4 years. Not now

I was in there this morning and the guy helping couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I had a broken phone and I was able to buy a new phone and with his help transfer the data over. He was patient and nice and exactly what I needed!

I’m not one to write reviews at all or have a say in most things but I’m writing one because what I experienced was absolutely ridiculous, and I am here just to warn others. I walk in the store and was greeted by a young gentleman and right off the bat was greeted with nothing but disrespect and straight unprofessionalism. Honestly I really could not believe someone could act like this while working but I ignored it, throughout my experience I was really confused and asked many questions but he mumbled a few words that’s it. It was obvious he really did not care about anything and was just trying to get me to pay and get out the store. The total ended up being an insane amount of money than it should’ve been for the problem I came in for, but what can I say because I had already paid and he stated I will not get a refund even though he clearly knew this was not what I wanted. From this day on I will never come to Cricket ever again, please do something about your employees and think twice before just hiring anyone, because the more you hire people like the gentlemen I talked about Im sure nobody would want to be a customer. Anybody who is reading this take this as a warning and do not go.

Cricket was supposed to adjust my bill and failed to do so! Then Cricket was supposed to call me back and failed 4 times. Now I call and they hung up on me twice I am done with cricket you lost this customer! If anyone else is experiencing these problems I believe it would be a class action law suit go Google Chris Myers
