I was in there this morning and the guy helping couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I had a broken phone and I was able to buy a new phone and with his help transfer the data over. He was patient and nice and exactly what I needed!

I’m not one to write reviews at all or have a say in most things but I’m writing one because what I experienced was absolutely ridiculous, and I am here just to warn others. I walk in the store and was greeted by a young gentleman and right off the bat was greeted with nothing but disrespect and straight unprofessionalism. Honestly I really could not believe someone could act like this while working but I ignored it, throughout my experience I was really confused and asked many questions but he mumbled a few words that’s it. It was obvious he really did not care about anything and was just trying to get me to pay and get out the store. The total ended up being an insane amount of money than it should’ve been for the problem I came in for, but what can I say because I had already paid and he stated I will not get a refund even though he clearly knew this was not what I wanted. From this day on I will never come to Cricket ever again, please do something about your employees and think twice before just hiring anyone, because the more you hire people like the gentlemen I talked about Im sure nobody would want to be a customer. Anybody who is reading this take this as a warning and do not go.

Cricket was supposed to adjust my bill and failed to do so! Then Cricket was supposed to call me back and failed 4 times. Now I call and they hung up on me twice I am done with cricket you lost this customer! If anyone else is experiencing these problems I believe it would be a class action law suit go Google Chris Myers

I had been to this store a couple times in the past and other than the sketchy location (dirty shared parking lot with a Showgirl) my most recent experience started off really well. Jessica (the "boss's boss") was running the store and was handling a lot with the Cricket outage that was currently going on. I had to buy my wife a new iPhone and wasn't prepared to spend iPhone 14 money but it's all they had in stock. Jessica told me that she would "work me a deal" if I bought the case and the accessories. So I let her pick out accessories she recommended, specifically a $50 screen protector that she said "would not cost me $50." I had total trust in her and let her ring me up and quickly left the store so she could help the other customers behind me. When I got home, she had not discounted anything and charged me in full for everything she sold me. I work in retail and value trust and this is not how you earn that. I called the next day and spoke with another lady who said she would call Jessica and see what they could do. It's been several days and I have not heard anything. Long review for a somewhat petty reason I understand but again, trust is everything to me and when I can't trust the boss, how can I trust the employees..

I always go to this cricket store on coliseum. The young lady that works the counter every time I'm in there is always nice and smiling and very helpful and I must say honest.

Phone has been out of service for the second day. I was able to call the store off wifi and asked about the outage and was told by an employee at this location they didn't have a eta on restoration. I thought it to be unethical selling phones to customers when you know the network is down and have no eta on a time it will be working again. When I asked if customers were going to be compensated or reimbursed for the loss of use of their service that they pay for in advance I was told its not really our fault this is all service providers right now which was not true. He continued to justify not reimbursing me for a service I prepaid for even though through no fault of my own the service does not work. He then said it will be on by 1 pm which is strange because before you had no eta and now you know its 1pm. Also when I asked him why he would sell phones when the network is down and knowing people are paying for a service they will not be able to use as soon as they leave the building where they just bought it his response was if people want to buy a phone we are going to sell them one. Just know that guys and gals, even if the company or phone won't work for your needs you are paying for they will sell it to you anyways because it's not their fault.

I bought a new phone and needed help setting it up. Tracy was awesome. He helped me get it all set up. He was very nice and courteous and I didn't feel rushed. Great customer service from Tracy. He deserves a raise! Its rare these days, especially during a "blizzard".
