The ladies at thie Pharmacy, Rachel, Kelly and Michelle are all very helpful and care about their customers. I highly recommend using this CVS as your primary pharmacy.

Even though there was no one around when I walked up to get my prescription, and I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come from the back room, she was very quick and polite.

They literally asked “can I place you on hold?” then hung up the phone before I could a answer AFTER I had already been on hold for 20 mins! Another 25-30 mins later after I called back someone finally answers all chipper “How may I help you?” Then “click,” again, hung up on me! I was on hold for 45 mins at the state location before this AS WELL!!! Your staff has also messed up and filled my prescription with the WRONG brand of Anxiety medication (in spite of the multiple times I’ve been told that they put a note on my account to ensure it doesn’t happen again) 5 times in the last month!!! So they got it correct, 1 out of 6 opportunities to do so. If I could switch back to Walgreens, I wouldn’t be having these issues!!!! But NO, CVS is all my insurance will cover. This company couldn’t do their jobs right if their lives depended on it! And because of them, I actually lost a job after having an Anxiety Attack on the job all because they AGAIN failed to refill my Anxiety medication correctly!!! I am in the medical field myself and am telling the CVS’s in Fort Wayne, someone needs to get you all pulled together before you end up with a lawsuit or WORSE, injuring or killing someone by incorrectly filling your orders!!!

I do like the location. Love Target. The staff is so friendly and happy to answer any question thoroughly. The downside is the lack of available hours, conversely, there is rarely a wait to pick up meds.

I love my pharmacist. They all know me . Treat me amazing. Work very well to get me in and out as fast as possible. If any problems they are always very helpful.

While the staff is very friendly, they have never had my son's medication in stock (0/3 times). You would think they would notice a demand and order medications accordingly. This, coupled by their terrible store hours make this pharmacy a last resort.
