CVS had good sale on items my family uses and needed at this time. Saved me time and many steps to order online and arrange for pick up or ship/delivery to my home. Had multiple coupons to use thanks to belonging to EasyCare Plus.

I’ve had poor customer service at this pharmacy multiple times. The technicians are usually unfriendly and sometimes not able to accurately answer basic questions about the status of a prescription. I’m also very disappointed that their phone answering system only gives an option to leave a message; there is no option for a patient to hold to speak with pharmacy staff. The last time I left a message I waited 2 hours and still had not received a call back so I had to drive to the store to ask my question in person. It is easier for me to contact my primary care provider than my pharmacist. This system along with seemingly unfriendly, uncaring, and sometimes incompetent staff devalues the role of the pharmacist and pharmacy staff and violates the oath of a pharmacist. Do better, CVS.

I use this pharmacy because it’s close to my house. I use this pharmacy and yet they are so rude and disrespectful and they don’t care about their customers. I’m going to use a different CVS, which is a bit further away from my home perhaps they are a bit better convenience is not always the key I’m always so embarrassed when coming in here to use this pharmacy it is close to my house they won’t let me use Walgreens and other places without a hassle so I don’t use those and get overcharged for using a different pharmacy or another company. Also, I get medication that I’ve never had before. The pharmacist never offered to explain anything asked that I need any help. Nothing they didn’t say directions are in the bag. Nothing at all. When I got to the pharmacy window was half opened and I’m uncertain if it was too early for the pharmacy to be open but the store had been open for a over half an hour And there was nothing going on there but they were like five minutes and we can open and yeah, they took a bit longer than that and never said we’re open. The pharmacy is open now none of that happened just rude. I also had items with to purchase but the pharmacy window never say would you like to pay for those here nothing at all so I had to stop at the front register and pay for those there on the way to the front register there were two teammates standing in the aisle as there were only like four people in the entire store maybe five two both cashiers saw me walking up to the empty front of the store. They didn’t come up to assist anything. There was one of those self-pay registers luckily it worked, but I’m not correctly. I still had to wait for a teammate to come from the back to fix it I gave one star because you can’t give Zero. You should look into that Google some businesses don’t deserve one star.

The pharmacy opens at 9am and Its 9:26 am Thursday 2/07/2024 and the drive thru is still closed and 15 minutes plus on the phone trying to even see if there open? No signs on the windows?

I work for a place that has a lot of children, and I try to use CVS as much as possible not only for the kids but for my personal use as well. All of them are so helpful and always cheerful on the phone. They really enjoy their jobs and it comes across on the phone. :)
