These reviews of CVS highlight a mix of positive and negative experiences. The store operates 24 hours, which is appreciated for late-night prescriptions or shopping needs, although this sometimes results in longer wait times for medications. The staff are generally described as great and willing to work with customers, even if the wait for prescriptions can be slow. Some customers noted difficulty with the CVS app, which was incompatible with their phones, making it hard to check prescriptions. Availability of products varies; while some items like vitamins are limited or out of stock, nearby CVS locations help fill those gaps. The store can be quiet during peak mornings, but at times, customers found the wait time for prescriptions to be slow and the prices a bit high. Some customers experienced poor customer service, describing the staff as disinterested and difficult to find, with minimal assistance and a lack of greeting. Despite these issues, customers still consider CVS their favorite store and plan to return, though they wish for more effort from employees to improve the shopping experience. Overall, CVS offers convenient 24-hour service with friendly staff, but improvements in staffing, product availability, and customer service could enhance the experience.
The staff is friendly, but the drive-thru pharmacy is always extremely slow. Every visit takes an unreasonable amount of time—today, with only three cars ahead of me, I still waited 40 minutes in line. This has been a consistent issue at this location.

It's really 24 hours, which is wonderful if you get a late night script from an unfortunate ER visit or MedStat for that matter. But be aware it will take longer to get your meds just bc it is truly 24hr. This also goes for the store itself.

I like CVS, The staff are really great. The app I'm supposed to get onto for my review says my phone is incompatable. So much for checking on my scrip when I can't access it
