YOU the patient need to do the pharmacies job because they don't have a clue what they send notices for when meds are ready. So you have to tell them if you can remember all your medications and what you need. I see why people snap off on the pharmacist.
Sorry, the dude looks like he was some random Joe off the street. Does NOT seem like he knows what he's doing.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I really dislike the pharmacy, the pharmacist is very short and unwilling to help. There is always long wait times for pickup and they never answer the phone always voicemail. They don’t answer messages from doctors in a timely manner. I’ve had a doctor reach out to them to state that my insurance approved and they never answered. They had to call twice and then they didn’t prepare my medicine until I showed up and then they said they will fill at that Time or is not ready yet. After I get my last prescriptions from this CVS, I will definitely be using another CVS. They are unprofessional and I thought since they were by college that they will be more efficient, but I guess I was wrong.

Their new “voicemail” system is terrible. You can’t call and speak to the pharmacist anymore. We have been trying to get a refill all week and no one will return our many voicemails.

The pharmacist at the location is disrespectful and unprofessional. They tell you when your medicine will be ready at 11:36am. I want by the location at 6pm and not one of my prescriptions were ready. The pharmacist reminded me that I am not the only customer they have.

Greg sucks. He is condescending and obviously has an issue with the career he chose. Your job is to fill my prescriptions not give me your opinions on why I need a medication. Also he gives false information to doctors. I would not trust this pharmacy. Save yourself time and the repeated phone calls back and forth to your doctor, and insurance companies - go down the street instead.

When on a trip to Fort Wayne for a soccer trip, we went to pick up some drinks and snacks. We were printing off our receipt, we accidentally pulled it off to early, and we were greeted by a screaming red headed woman. She cussed at us, yelled at us to get out of HER store (not the manager), and it was overall too much for a simple mistake.

If I could give them zero stars I would, so unprofessional and lazy. The techs are so rude , I’m in the health field and I would never be so irresponsible/ negligent as they are. Seems like a bunch of teenage kids work there or adults that act like teenagers.

They lied to me today and told us that all the cvs’s didn’t have my medications. Told me I would have to call my doctor and get a different dose or an off brand medication. Called my doctor office immediately, they said that wasn’t true, I sent it to another CVS and it was filled without an issue. Please stop lying to customers.

The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. We’ve been coming here for various vaccines and the pharmacist is always pleasant and willing to answer all of our questions.
