It took them 1 hr n 50 minutes to get my medicine. They initially said it was gonna take them 20 minutes. Now, while I was outside waiting every time I went in to get my medicine.They give me another extra 20 minutes. That happened a couple times until they did have my medicine done. Worse placed to get your medicine. If they don't have enough people cvs should hire more people. Very ridiculous frustrating. Not only that, after the bs, they expect people not to get mad.

Someone used my identity to shop at this store. I do not live in this area nor have never been there. I've filed a complaint with CVS about this but they've refused to acknowledge the original complaint and have never responded to the initial complaint. I keep getting 'review this location' demands from CVS - why give them a great rating when they refuse to acknowledge complaints or respond to requests in regard to such?

They have ONE new person running the register in the pharmacy while everyone else is in the back. Had to stand and wait 10 minutes plus and ended up leaving without my medicine

This one pharmacist is extremely rude. She (he?) barely acknowledges you, mumbles and when you ask them to speak up they cop an attitude and roll their eyes. If you ask a question they give a generic answer and wave you off. Today I asked if a particular med was covered because I was expecting it not to be, and they said yes and waved me away. When I got home that med was not in my bag. When asked they said it’ll be ready Friday. I don’t think this person even listened to my question before giving an answer. We shall see on Friday if it’s actually covered or not.**Edit** It was not covered. And that just tells me they truly don’t listen or care

They have the slowest drive through I have ever been in my life. Atleast 30min wait everytime. It's ridiculous. You spend 10mins atleast at the window before they even talk to you... Poor Job! NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!!

kelly was incredibly rude and disrespectful! i called to check on my medication after it had been 4 days since they were supposed (she told me they were 6 days behind in filling meds which i don’t even think is allowed)to fill it and i was immediately met with hostility and aggression. she kept cutting me off as i was trying to ask her to transfer the meds and kept putting me on hold in the middle of me speaking. after she told me she was going to cancel the transfer (which i did not ask for) she called me back and i told her not to do that and she was extremely rude to me and i had not done anything to her and she said she was “using her lunch break to call her back and she could’ve made me wait until 2” and i said i did not ask her to use her break to call me and there was no reason for her to be so rude and then she asked if she could “get a word in edgewise” when i was trying to explain to her and when i said “wouldn’t it be nice to talk without someone interrupting you” she hung up. i was nothing but nice to her and was just trying to get my medication. my mom called and wanted to talk to the manager about it and the manager immediately said she knew who my mom was talking about and that she’s always treating customers like that. girlie needs a new job and an attitude adjustment

I am not one to leave reviews but I am forced to pick up meds here due to my home proximity and brand. Rude pharmacists, unorganized and understaffed, there is always a line wrapped around the store and a line through the store to get meds. I have left multiple surveys and things never change. I would try Walgreens across the street if you can or Kroger to get your meds.

A very rude pharmacy location to those who are minorities and do not speak much English. They often say they didn’t receive prescription when the hospital itself said they have sent it many times.Taking advantage of people due to their language barrier is not cool.

This pharmacy is amazing. A lot of patients and circumstances are rough, but the team keeps going on and getting the job done, getting the area their meds the best they can.

Very kind pharmacy intern..I believe his name was calvin..he was very polite on the phone and had my husband's prescription filled quickly..great customer service from this guy very much appreciated!
