Every time I have come to this location, it has taken at least 30-40 minutes to get a prescription. Oftentimes, it takes been longer. I would recommend choosing another location.

Waiting in drive thru for 40 minutes for 4 cars. Woman working pharmacy window taking her time and laughing and cutting up with car in front of me. Just for when I pull up at 1:33 to hurriedly put closed sign up over window. Only reason I was even using the window anyways was I have a sick kid in the car or else I would’ve just walked in like a normal adult. I don’t like the other four cars in front of me that we’re all single people apparently with immeasurable time to kill.

Emmanuel is super helpful and patient. I have social anxiety and always seem to mess up even when I made sure I brought all my info necessary to fill my dogs prescription for chronic bronchitis. It’s expensive and I was new to the goodRx service thought I had the right info pulled up but I didn’t yet he helped get me in the right direction. Much appreciated. I can keep my dog healthy for a little while longer. He means the world to me and I have relief that CVS has such a patient employee

Zero stars if I could there is no way to speak to a human it’s message only. I have to call around to find a specific manufacturer of medication. Pharmacist was rude I hit dr line to speak to a person she stated I need to call each location leave messages and wait an hour for call back. So 6 to 7 hours to ask a simple question. Other experiences here being shorted 2 pills and always horrible customer service took my prescriptions to a small pharmacy where you can speak to a human

Made appoint for 3:00 for flu shot, apparently they let everyone make appointments for the same time. 6 people in front with appointments for the same time. This is ridiculous. What is the point of making an appointment? This place does not care about people’s time

Wonderful service by the young pharmacist in charge on Sunday 8/25 in the afternoon. Unfortunately I am bad with names. He was incredible patient after I picked up my regular blood pressure medicine. The pills looked different than usual and I assumed they gave me the wrong pills. But I was wrong. He patiently researched the pills and we figured out they were correct. When I came home I did some more research and found a bulletin that explained that the Manufacturer had changed the size and imprint of the pills as of last month. I am so sorry that I wasted his time but he handled it with professionalism and patience. He is a great asset to the CVS pharmacy

Head pharmacist bullied a customer with autism, talking down to them and blatantly lying. Was absolutely disgusting. Don’t go here unless you’re ok with discrimination.

The pharmacist, Amanda Anspach, gave me the Wrong Vaccine dose.
I went to get my second dose of the vaccine for Hepatitis B ( three-dose series) at this CVS pharmacy because I got my first dose there as well. After arriving at the pharmacy, I made sure that I was there to receive 2nd dose of Hep B, not the HEPLISAV-B (two-dose series), as most pharmacists know that there are three-dose series and two-dose series of vaccines for HEPATITIS B. I even asked about the price of the third dose as it was expensive. Amanda (pharmacist) replied that it would cost me the same price. It probably took less than a minute after I paid for the vaccine. I got the email notification about the vaccine, and the manufacture was different than the 1st dose. At that time I was not sure which manufacture I had received as previously I had received both Hep A and Hep B vaccine. Before getting the vaccine, I asked her if it was the same manufacturer, and she replied yes, and I trusted her. She was so quick with the process that I did not have time to read the vaccine record that we got in the email.
Most of us make an online appointment and fill out the required documents before going to the store, and I have done the same. I would never have imagined that the pharmacist would have been this negligent. I went to CVS, trusting their professionalism. After receiving the vaccine, I was heading back, but suddenly, I felt a nausea, dizzy, headache, shortness of breath and started to feel weak. While parked, I checked the vaccine record and saw she had given me the wrong vaccine. I was furious and scared because it had never happened before. At past I had received a vaccines from CVS and never would have thought that was due to pharmacist negligence, I would have to be scare for my life. I returned to the pharmacy because I still had doubts about the vaccine, I asked her if she gave me the wrong vaccine. She replied no and tried to blame me that she had given me the exact vaccine I made an appointment for. After checking the appointment schedule, and everything, she realized she made a mistake and had given me the wrong vaccine. First, she smiled as if it was a joke for her. Refunding money does not solve the problem. NOW I HAVE TO START THE SERIES AGAIN… because of her negligence, it has affected me physically and emotionally. Now I have to pay double.
BE CAREFUL and don’t get the vaccine with her. Hopefully CVS will take an action. I was ok the next day but, it does not mean someone will be. It might be life-threatening for someone else.

Before going there for passport photos, remember they don’t have photo cutting tool. They will give you a scissor to cut by yourself.

Store hours should say whenever we feel like it. I've been out here twice and they've been closed when hours say they should be open. Another customer who stopped at the same time said they had been there before and had the same issue.

Used this pharmacy a total of 3 times. Each time someone there was Rude or dismissive. P
eople that don't feel well don't deserve to be treated like that. Picked up 2 scripts and an electrolyte drink. Tech wouldn't ring that ONE item up with my scripts because he said he was too busy. ONE ITEM to scan so I could pay ONCE instead of having to check out twice. Won't be returning.

karen at the pharmacy was so rude and i genuinely do not think she is fit for working with customers. I have THREE mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, and manic bipolar. She triggered EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I've NEVER had to pay for my 3 prescriptions EVER, so it was unusual and i wanted to see if i could get it fixed. When i explain to her and show her my prescription card, she had an instant attitude by not responding back to me, making obvious facials. I instantly knew this was a problem and called my mother for reassurance. My mom literally GUESSED "is it karen?" You know it was. Karen is literally notorious and know for her attitude and poor service apparently!Karen comes back, gives me my card, and tells me no luck, still over $100. I give her my actual insurance card stating that prescriptions should be $0-$15 max. She takes my card, says nothing, slams the window shut. She then looks out the window both directions while mouthing something i imagine was inappropriate. While looking out of the window she looks to her left, looks to her right to see the long line, and then continues to have the nastiest attitude, roll her eyes, etc to make it known she was annoyed with us.I came for THREE meds and left with 0 due to karen's poor and disrespectful service.Karen, you knew what my medications were for. You know dang well lexapro and hydroxezine are for depression and anxiety, yet you allowed your sad soul to ruin my experience and trigger my mental health. If i come to this CVS and karen is working, i will be requesting a different pharmacist that knows human decency. If i can't have another pharmacist, i will happily drive across town to a different store.Shame on you, your name fits you well, karen. You were SO nasty that i wish nothing more than for you to retire and stop working with customers. Truly, madly, deeply, you are disgraceful. Respect the elderly? Maybe the elderly should learn what respect means.

The pharmacist Jacob and the female working the window are very rude. Their customer appreciation and respect was unacceptable. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
