I am really struggling with this pharmacy. It’s an ongoing issue always one thing after another. Today I sent a refill in at 8am from the app (as they suggested). I arrive 1:20p and I’m told they are going on lunch and I’ll have to wait. Well I’m on my lunch break and they close before I get off! Normally not a big deal, however time after time it’s always something. Lost medication, ride customer service at the window, I’ve been yelled at by a tech. I’m lost for words. Completely not customer friendly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This CVS is the absolute WORST. God awful customer service. Switching back to Walgreens even though it’s so much more expensive. Don’t care! Walgreens is FABULOUS. Walgreens has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. CVS customer service is an utter NIGHTMARE. Had a Pharmacy Tech try on multiple occasions try to switch my prescriptions to a drug that I don’t have a prescription for, including one I’m allergic to. Tech ignored me when I repeatedly said I can’t take that. Rude, obnoxious, wildly incompetent. I tried because it’s cheaper and on paper seems like a good idea, but I can’t handle it. Never again!!

This is the worst pharmacy technicians I have ever encountered or dealt with. The drive through techs are even worse. Both younger blondes are rude and very disrespectful. Extremely sad and I will be transferring my scripts to a different CVS

The worst Pharmacy I have ever experienced in my entire life. The staff is rude, apathetic and uncaring. I have moved my entire family's prescriptions to another company. Unbelievable CVS.

Amazing speed. I filled a script on Xmas eve for my son & it was ready for pickup before the prescriber dismissed us. Just submitted two orders for covid tests via my insurance and they were filled within minutes. Great job, CVS! Appreciate the quick work!

Staff is spread to thin. I go to pick up my daughter's pain meds and antibiotics after oral surgery. Told it would be 30 mins because the pharmacist has to do the narcotics. I get it. I wait and come back in 40 mins. Pharmacist tells me it's another 30 mins. WHY? Because they scheduled so many back to back vaccines that she couldn't get to any of the scripts that required her. If you're going to schedule all these vaccines, you need to make sure you have enough staff that can do them so thar the only pharmacist is tied up for long periods of time with vaccines. Be clear with my comment, this is regarding staffing in general. The staff there are great people and do the best the can, but they need more people, especially if you're going to be adding services beyond just filing scripts.

Overall I'd say this is better than your average CVS in terms of cleanliness and organization. It's a lot easier to find items since the renovation and the minute clinic looks great.They are very short staffed however and sometimes you can feel their frustration. The wait has been long even with an appointment. They're doing their best but I hope they get more staffing to improve customer service and satisfaction.

Liz the tech at drive thru pharmacy was rude from the start. Then when I asked if the price was with insurance twice she got very rude. Started yelling. Refused to check for a lower price at drive thru with no line behind me. Did not ask for care number. Then started laughing at me. First and last time to full scripts here. Also, they were out of half my order.

Ok...so had questions, and the clerk was beyond rude. I could go on about that but he made a crude comment about depression medication. I can't even imagine why. Maybe a new career for you???

Would give zero stars if possible. Needed my COVID booster. Signed up online for a 10:15 appointment. Checked in with my confirmation code at the "Minute Clinic." Put the code in at the CVS kiosk and let them know I was there for my booster. CVS employee came out and told me she had no appointments at that time. Sent me to the "Consultation" line. The employee there asked me to fill out paper work, I told them I already did online, and gave her my COVID shot record. Then tells me my appointment is at the Minute Clinic and I need to go there. Told her they sent me over to this line. I was pretty upset by that time and just walked out. Forgot my COVID card, so I went back to get it. Pharmacist tells me, "if you want your shot now I'll give it to you right now." I agree. She gives me the shot and says, "You're now good with your flu shot." Wait a minute... I'm here for my COVID shot! She offers to give me that too, but I decline on the advice of my doctor not to get both at the same time. Went to Walgreens across the street to buy my $9.99 product. UGGHH! Never again, CVS.

This place and everything about it is a joke. Horrible pharmacy staff (Karen Bennett) that are rude and can’t enter prescriptions properly, then make you call and do all the work they’re supposed to do. They never have things in stock, they don’t update their hours for holidays , unprofessional staff, etc. Because of my insurance I have to use CVS and I miss Walgreens that much more every time I have to deal with this place.

Horrible experience this evening and not the first time! Rude pharmacy staff- argued with me about when I picked up a prescription. She was looking at the wrong one! Instead of apologizing or moving forward, she became increasingly rude and unprofessional.This cvs is a train wreck.

I tried printing off pictures at this location because Walgreens wouldn't allow me to print the certian pictures off. So today Tuesday January 4th I went in to pick them up and they got very nasty with me saying that I didn't send them in when I did. Was going to ask for the manager of the store but I just left. Not returning if they continue to be that nasty.

Other than a computer issue the tech was friendly and courteous and helpful. He was very busy but kept things moving.
