The worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered two medium blizzards. Received them half full. When trying to order they were screaming and laughing into the speaker. The girl at the window shut the window on my husband. Called and spoke to Jackson. Who did not put me on hold. So I could hear the whole conversation he was having with his manager Amanda. Who told him to hang up on me. She then got on the phone with an awful attitude. Said that she was told by the owner that they are not allow to give full servings. Before I could respond she hung up. For $15 for two medium blizzards you would expect them to be more than half way full. Will be supporting other places with better customer service instead.

I started working here around the summertime. I’m very disappointed because this was my first job and I was left with a terrible experience. On my first day, they put me at the cash register with no supervision on a busy night. There was one employee who helped me, but she only gave me a general run down about how to take orders and work the register. There was no shift leader or manager who supervised me, and I only received help when I made a mistake (and mistakes are bound to happen when you leave a brand new employee unattended). I asked one of the experienced shift leaders for help on my first night because everyone was busy, and he replied with “I can’t help right now I’m on break”.. It was my FIRST night and I was placed all by myself with a long line of customers and no one there to supervise me. And on top of that, I was also responsible for packing orders by myself. The only time I’d receive help was when I’d go in the back and ask, and when I’d ask, most of them were frustrated. Frustrated for what? That a new employee needs help?I was never worked with or properly trained. I didn’t even work 10 shifts and I was placed in the back. On one of the days I worked in the back, the manager put me on break because she was “tired of fixing all of my mistakes” (as she said) when I was simply having trouble. How can I multitask in the back if I was never trained in the front? We barely get any customers in the mornings/early afternoons, so I was always placed on cleaning duty. Even when we weren’t busy, I never received any training. They eventually laid me off and never put me on schedule. It went from working 4 days a week, to twice a week, once a week, to no shifts all week. I texted my manager two weeks ago and asked for more hours, and to this day, I still don’t have a response back. I haven’t been on schedule for 3 weeks.I’m frustrated because no one took the time to properly train/help me. They simply didn’t care and laid me off without explanation.I’m left with so many questions. I was always kind to my customers and coworkers and motivated to learn and thrive at this location as my first job. This location lacks communication and reliability. Don’t work here.

Placed a mobile order 9/23/23. The food was horrible. It was cold and part of our order was wrong. The boy that handed the food at the drive-thru was rude to me and coworker over a drink carrier of all things. I asked for one, he said drinks wouldn't fit, which was fine. Girl came to window with other drinks, asked me if I wanted a carrier, I told her the drinks wouldn't fit. She brought drinks back inside, angry boy yelled, saying, "I just told her!" Sorry, but I will not be back.

Got a medium and a small shake. 3/4 of the medium shake was just vanilla ice cream. And there wasn't enough toppings in the top 1/4 to mix it through the rest. Very disappointing for the money spent.

We went inside and ordered 2 Sundays and went and sat down. We did not know we had to pick our food up at the window. They were a little melted.

$7.85 for a small blizzard. Just called DQ on Anthony and $5.93 out the door. I will never return here again. Staff even told me that you could go across town and get it significantly cheaper. They raised the rate three dollars in one year on a small blizzard. Imagine what the increases are on their other food.
