The apple glen store is the absolute WORST!!!!! We spend A LOT on sporting goods, having 5 kids in multiple sports! BUT I will never go to this store again!!!! Employees rude, management rude, they literally were talking crap about us while we were in hearing distance!!!! All because they were proven wrong! I was not mad that the employee lied to my face, I had no problem taking my business else where because of the lie! What I don’t deal well with is being talked about!!!! They were completely dead in the store, standing around, but yet had no desire to help us!!! Heck the one girl stood up front “restringing a tennis racket” when I tell you we were there for over 30 minutes and she did nothing, I mean she did NOTHING, but couldn’t help us!!! She sure did not have an issue to talking about us with the other employee tho! No we might not look like your “typical family” from that area or something because myself and husband have a bunch of tattoos, but we are the same as everyone else and our money spends the exact same way!!!! I will never visit this store again! And now none of my extended family will either!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!

They need to update this particular store! No good selections for kids shoes. If you need to go to a store, go to the Coliseum store as their selections are way better.
