Bought 4 tires about 3 months ago. Right rear has had a slow leak from the beginning. I finally took it in to have it looked at. Turns out I needed an alignment, which was never told to me. As a result, the two front tires were bald on the inside edge. They refused to service the back tire unless I bought two new front tires from them. So the 3 month old tires were ruined due to neglecting to tell me there was an issue, and they wouldn't service the perfectly intact rear tire that was under the "warranty" of repairs. They did so under the guise of it being illegal to "let me take the vehicle with low tread". That is a VERY liberal translation of that law. In reality, if they are servicing the faulty part (front tires) there is nothing illegal about servicing viable parts (a rear tire). It was an attempt to extort money. It failed. I took it elsewhere, got their crappy, leaky rear tire fixed (installation error) , replaced the two fronts and got an alignment. They lost a customer permanently who often referred people there and manages tires for 5 vehicles. Instead, I will be telling anyone who will listen to go literally anywhere else.

Made a appointment online to have my rims inspected to see if any of them were bent and needed replaced before I purchased new tires. They refused to put them on the balancer. All they wanted to do is sell me all new wheels and tires so I walked out and will take my business else where.

Only place i go for my car and my fiancée car. They've always been professional and decently quick.
The reason for the 3 stars though is this time they couldn't find the lug key they touched and used the last time we came( They lost it) so she had to drive all the way to bmw and have them take off all lugs and replace them without a lock. Then she had to go back to discount for them to finally start their job. A 30 wait turned into a 2 hour wait.

Free repair, sounded good. Can't repair the screw in my tire cause it had a PREVIOUS plug in tire is sketchy. Tell me i have to buy a new one, yeah ok .. not.. shame on you to try a scare tactic like that. Why not properly repair the plug. It's been done for many many years.

Don't be a woman and come alone , they will confuse you and try to make you pay the highest price. I had to threaten my dad to come back u there and they all of sudden fixed my issue. No longer will I be doing business with them and I've been using discount tire for YEARS!

BEWARE of upselling when not necessary - Stopped by for a simple tire repair to be plugged or patched on a almost new tire. I had a screw embedded in the second tread path from the edge of the tire. The representative went out with his phone and took pictures of all 4 tires. He came back in and said "let me explain where you're at" I felt a "your tread is bad, and you need a new tire coming on" and then I was shocked as he told me I would have to buy a new tire, the repair was not possible. This tire just passed our state inspection and has plenty of tread, almost new. I told the rep I was not replacing a almost new tire, and I would be going somewhere else. I asked one more time, are you saying the repair is not possible and I need a new tire, he said "Yes" I took my keys, and I drove to Tire Barn Warehouse on Coldwater road. Walked in and told them I had a screw or nail in my tire. They checked me in, took off the affected tire, patched it and put it back on. Thirty minutes out the door, $35.00 - incredible service experience at Tire Barn Warehouse. That's what people should expect, not trying to upsell a new tire on a simple tire repair need.
Bottom line, go to Tire Barn Warehouse on Coldwater road if you need a tire repair, or other tire service, and not be upsold on a tire that you don't need, save some money. By the way, several days later the repaired tire is performing perfectly. Thank you Tire Barn Warehouse.

Guy told me if I can come now he could get me right in. So I did. I waited for 45 minutes before my car even got touched. Don't tell someone you can get them right in if you don't mean it. Poor service also quoted me 64 a tire until I showed up. Somehow came up to 370 without coverage? Not much of a discount for tires here. Go to tireville in Auburn Garrett.

Baught four new tires sentury tires manufactuer defect caused the sidewall to split and half way deep rott off 1 year in went in to have tire looked at bc was adding air more then the rest. They took my car back said there was a nail in tire they patched it have a good day. I go into the dealership a long wile after this mean wile im still adding air like usial. Dealership informs me of side wall seperation and shows me a photo. Tell me its not safe to drive. Discount tire lied to me. There is zero evidence of a tire plug. I work roadside and do tire plugs regularly i can find where its ben pluged before. No where is there a plug in any tire. Its ben leaking from the defect. Dont trust these ppl go to good year or michilen. I paid for the mid range tires btw they cost me $110 each.

Update: had a gentleman call me from the location, he said they would honor the original price I paid for the rear tires!
I don't expect anything for free, ever.... nothing is free when it comes to a service performed or a product..
But information is priceless!
All I really wanted out of this whole deal was to give insight on what I wasn't informed on.
I appreciate you guys/gals for making things right with me and I look forward to business with you and bringing many many more customers your way!
